| Under the new medical reform situation,the salary reform of public hospitals has received much attention.Medical personnel are the main force for hospitals to provide medical and health services to the people.However,their salary levels have been significantly low for a long time,failing to reflect the technical labor value of medical personnel,and it is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of medical personnel,and it is also very likely to lead to irregularities.Wind and corruption occur.This article is based on the research results of experts and scholars in China under the new medical reform situation,combined with public product theory,incentive theory and salary management related theories,through the literature data method,investigation research method,statistical analysis method,etc.An analysis of the current status of salary management in a public hospital in the district,X City Hospital,believes that the development strategy of Handan X Hospital is scientific and reasonable,the salary operation standard,the performance management according to the relevant national regulations,the implementation of the statutory salary system,and regular Employees conduct salary communication,there are contradictions between public welfare and “income-generating income”,“big pot rice”-style reward performance distribution,unfair salary distribution of different compilers,and low salary satisfaction of employees.The state has insufficient capital investment and incentive performance for public hospitals.Difficulties in accounting,unreasonable informal salary in the editorial staff,and higher salary expectations of the informal and elite employees are the main reasons for the problems in the salary management of the hospital.In combination with the actual operation of the hospital,the government proposed to increase capital investment,improve the distribution criteria of reward performance,revised the informal compensation system,implemented the compensation management compensation mechanism,and increased non-economic compensation.Provide reference for the improvement of salary management under the new medical reform situation. |
