Application Research Of Hospital Informatization Management Platform

With the increasing dependence of medical service on informatization,the number of system software is increasing,and the data interaction between third-party systems is complicated.The maintenance of existing system data dictionary and system authority are independent and decentralized,and the reticulation mode greatly reduces the efficiency of the hospital system,which is not conducive to the unified management of the hospital.Therefore,the reform of the overall structure of the hospital is imperative.In this paper,based on the current informatization construction of eighth hospital in bao tou city,this paper objectively analyzes and summarizes the current situation,existing problems and restrictive factors of hospital informatization development.To study the development trend,challenges and opportunities of hospital informatization and explore the working ideas of hospital informatization.Combined with the impact of "Internet +" and new information technology(cloud,big,material,mobile technology application)on hospital information construction,the general idea,key tasks,main objectives and technical approaches of Hospital Construction of Hospital Information Integration Platform are studied.the hospital information integration platform is constructed by using the enterprise service bus(ESB)pattern and the characteristics of SOA coupling.Through the analysis of the hospital’s system structure and business structure,the information construction of the hospital should be planned according to the concept of "project 321".Three main lines,two data centers,an integrated platform,The three main line is composed of operational management,medical management,auxiliary medical,At the same time,Building two data centers based on data integration platform technology and Internet Technology.They are made up of clinical data center and operation data center respectively.The hospital information integration platform adopts HL7V3 as the standard,converts the external interface data into a unified integrated platform data format through the MXL document model,and supports the docking of various third-party software interfaces.According to the unified standard issued by the Ministry of Health Information,a standard data dictionary database is established,and the data dictionary,data elements and data range are applied in the data conversion process of the integration platform hierarchically.Through in-depth study of HL7 V3 message and CDA document structure,a variety of message templates and document structure templates are developed.This project regards hospital information platform technology as the core,uses the conformity test of national health ministry standard as the project backing,takes the integration platform as an important component of hospital information construction,designs an open integration platform,guarantees the interaction and unification of formats and contents between different structure data.
