| Objective:To investigate the characteristics of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with interstitial inflammation and the relationship between wheezing and asthma development in the next year. Methods:A total of 126 children with pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae were diagnosed in the second pediatric respiratory ward of our hospital from Jan 2017 to Dec 2018.The enrolled patients were divided into two groups according to the imaging manifestations. The observation group was mainly characterized by interstitial inflammation, and the control group showed non-interstitial inflammation. This study was to collect clinical data, compare the clinical characteristics of the two groups, analyze the correlation between pulmonary interstitial inflammation and wheezing, and explore the relationship between asthma in the future.Result:Children with interstitial pneumonia were prone to wheezing compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of allergic constitution was higer(P<0.05),but not with family history of allergies(P>0.05).In addition, the rate of wheezing was significantly increased in children with interstitial pneumonia compared with children without interstitial pneumonia after one-year follow-up(p<0.05).Conclusion: Children affected by interstitial pneumonia are prone to wheezing. The occurrence was related to allergies, but it was not associated with a family history of allergies and future asthma. After 1 year of follow-up,children with interstitial pneumonia was found to be prone to wheezing compared with children with non-interstitial pneumonia. |
