Objective: To design a result-oriented training model for key practicing teachers(primary practicing teachers)in general practice,and to preliminarily evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of the model.Methods: To understand the current progress of general practice teachers 'research at home and abroad by literature method,and to select teaching results based on literature research results,that is,to clarify the learning results of high-level competence and non-structural performance(including subject skills and structured performance),to define teaching results,and to formulate specific standards and evaluation methods.2.According to the basic principles of the current situation survey,questionnaire survey,standardized patient evaluation and panel interviews were used to grasp the basic competence status of general practitioner teachers in our province,and to understand their training needs.Then,according to the application of results-oriented education theory,aiming at the problems and needs,we design a student-centered,competency-based and results-oriented training model for key teachers of general practice medicine.3.The results-oriented mixed training model designed in this study was used to train and evaluate the first grass-roots key teachers and trainees in Liaoning Province.Results: 1.Establish the result-oriented training objectives(i.e.the ability-oriented training results),including: professional accomplishment;clinical competence;teaching competence,and based on Kirkpatrick training effect evaluation model,construct the training effect evaluation model of grass-roots practical teachers in general medicine.2.The basic framework of the result-oriented training model for primary backbone teachers includes the following five elements:(1)theoretical basis: student-centered,competency-based,result-oriented educational theory and general practice basic theory;and(2)training objectives: competency-oriented training results.To enable all the research subjects to grasp the teaching content of the course,understand the unit objectives,knowledge points,teaching priorities and difficulties of each part of the teaching content(unit),and define them accurately with post competency;(3)Conditions for realization: with the help of network education platform,centralized teaching and distance training are organized by Liaoning General Medical Education Center;(4)Operational procedures: results as the basis.Guiding,learner-centered,creating problem situations,adopting mixed teaching methods,encouraging learners to explore openly,helping learners to achieve self-improvement in continuous reflection;(5)Evaluation:using Kirkpatrick training effect evaluation model,evaluating the training model of the Institute from four levels: response level,learning level,behavior(conversion)level and result level.Implementation effect.Conclusion: The feasibility and validity of the new results-oriented training model for key teachers at the grass-roots level are preliminarily verified.
