| The text to detect serum Adropin protain and ICAM-1 concentration in patients with coronary heart disease with defferent degree of coronary artery lesion to explore the correlation among the serum Adropin protein,ICAM-1 level and the degree of coronary artery lesion.Method:Choose the patients who have underwent coronary agiography or coronary CTA examination,and the result is normal during hospitalization in the Department of Cardiology of Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from 2017.06 to 2018.05 as control group(24 cases).The patients who have underwent coronary agiogram diagnosed coronary heart disease during this time as observation group,and the observation group divid to single vessel lesion group(20 cases),double vessel lesion group(20 cases)and three vessel lesion group(22 cases)according the degree of coronary artery lesion.Collect general condition,FBG,cholesterin,triglyceride,C-reactive protein,serum adropin protein,serum ICAM-1 and so on.Calculate observation group’s Gensini score.Results:(1)There is no significent statistical defference in sex,age,BMI,TC,TG and so on(P>0.05)between the control group,the single vessel lesion group,double vessel lesion group and three vessel lesion group(P>0.05).(2)There are defferences in serum Adropin level among the four groups(P<0.05).The concentration of serum Adropin in control group are higher than single vessel lesion group,double vessel lesion group and three vessel lesion group(186.46±6.33pg/ml,143.50±9.74pg/ml,136.78±8.91pg/mlvs196.18±5.96pg/ml P<0.05);Serum Adropin in single vessel lesion group are higher than that in double vessel lesion group,three vessel lesion group(143.50±9.74pg/ml,136.78±8.91pg/ml vs 186.46±6.33pg/ml P<0.05);Serum Adropin in double vessel lesion group are higher than that of three vessel lesion group(136.78±8.91pg/ml vs 143.50±9.74pg/ml P<0.05).(3)There are defferences in serum ICAM-1 level among the four groups(P<0.05).The serum level of ICAM-1 in single vessel lesion group,double vessel lesion group and three vessel lesion group are higher than those in control group(121.08±11.48ng/ml,131.93±11.54ng/ml,147.53±12.87ng/ml v s9 6.49±6.93ng/ml P< 0.05);The serum ICAM-1 concentration in three vessel lesion is higher than that of single vessel lesion group,double vessel lesion group(147.53±12.87ng/ml vs 121.08±11.48ng/ml,131.93±11.54ng/ml P<0.05);The serum ICAM-1 in double vessel group is higher than that in single vessel lesion group.(4)Serum Adropin protein is negative correlated with Gensini score(r=-0.845 P<0.05);Serum ICAM-1 is positive correlated with Gensini score(r=0.748 P<0.05).(5)Serum Adropin is negative correlated with serum ICAM-1 in patient with coronary heart disease(r=-0.710 P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)There are defferences in serum Adropin protein and ICAM-1 levels in CHD patients with defferent degrees of coronary artery leisure.(2)With aggravation of coronary artery lesion,serum Adropin decreases,while ICAM-1 increases.(3)With serum ICAM-1 increases,serum Adropin decreases in coronary heart disease. |
