Clinical Observation Of Qiangshen Jianpi Granule Combined With Xiaoaiping Injection In The Treatment Of Cancer-related Fatigue In Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective In this study,to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qiangshen Jianpi Granule combined with Xiaoaiping Injection in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue of middle and advanced lung cancer.Methods Ningxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the subjects of 99 clinical trials.According to the random number table method and the ratio of 1:1:1,the subjects were randomly divided into three groups: control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2,33 cases in each group.A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted.The control group was given 250 ml of 5% glucose injection plus Xiaocangping injection(20 ml each),intravenous infusion once a day;the treatment group was given Qiangshen Jianpi Granule(Codonopsis pilosula 30 g,Coix seed(fried)30g,Psoralea corylifolia 30 g,Ligustrum lucidum,Cuscuta 30 g,Lycium barbarbarum 25 g,Jixuetong 20g)orally once a bag,three times a day,and the granule was washed 100 m.1.Two groups were treated with Qiangshen Jianpi Granules orally,one bag per time,three times per day,100 ml of granule water,250 ml of 5% glucose injection plus one Xiaocangping injection(20 ml per branch),intravenous infusion,one time per day.14 days were selected as observation period.The scores of Qi deficiency related symptoms,Piper fatigue scale and KPS of patients in three groups before and after treatment were selected as the clinical research.The observation indexes of curative effect were comparedamong the three groups to evaluate and judge the improvement of symptoms and physical condition.The results of blood routine and liver and kidney function before and after treatment were selected as the safety indexes of this clinical study.Through statistical analysis,the treatment of cancer-related fatigue in advanced lung cancer with Qiangshen Jianpi Granule and Xiaoaiping Injection was evaluated.Short-term efficacy and safety.Results A total of 99 subjects were included in this clinical study.There were no cases dropped out or excluded during the study,and 33 subjects in each group.Before treatment,the gender,age,KPS score,Piper Fatigue Scale score and syndrome score of Qi deficiency in TCM of the three groups were statistically analyzed.The P value was > 0.05,which was comparable and could be used for later research.Three groups were selected as the main evaluation index of TCM Qi deficiency syndrome scores before and after treatment.KPS score and Piper Fatigue Scale score were used as the auxiliary therapeutic index.The effective rate of treatment group 2 was 42.42%,that of treatment group 1 was 6.06%,and that of control group was 3.03%.Statistical test showed that the difference was significant statistical significance(P < 0.01).The P iper fatigue scale scores of three groups before and after treatment were compared,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;the Piper fatigue scale scores after treatment of three groups were compared,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the Piper fatigue scale scores of each group before and after treatment were compared,the control group,treatment group 1,treatment group 2 were P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The KPS scores before and after treatment in the three groups were compared,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;the KPS scores after treatment in the three groups were compared,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant;the KPS scores before and after treatment in each group were compared,and the control group P > 0.05,indicating that Xiaocangping injection had no significant effect on the KPS scores in the control group;the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2 had P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The results ofblood routine before and after treatment in any two groups were compared,P > 0.05,and there was no significant difference.The results of blood routine before and after treatment in each group were all P > 0.05,with no statistical significance.Comparing the results of liver and kidney function before and after treatment in any two groups,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Comparing the results of liver and kidney function before and after treatment,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion 1.Xiaoaiping Injection,Qiangshen Jianpi Granule,Qiangshen Jianpi Granule and Xiaoaiping Injection can all improve the clinical symptoms of cancer-related fatigue in middle and advanced lung cancer,but the clinical effect of Qiangshen Jianpi Granule and Xiaoaiping Injection is the most obvious.2.Qiangshen Jianpi Granule combined with Xiaoaiping Injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of cancer-related fatigue in advanced lung cancer,reduce the Piper Fatigue Scale score of patients,and increase the KPS score of patients.This method is effective and has no obvious adverse clinical reactions.It is worth further discussion.
