The Clinical Study Of Low Back Pain Decoction Of Fuqingzhu For The Treatment Of (Liver-kidney Deficiency Type) Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective The study use low back pain decoction of Fuqingzhu to treat patients with liver-kidney deficiency type of LDH,and the clinical efficacy of the patients before and after treatment was observed,then explore the mechanism of action,so as to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of LDH.Methods 1.By using the random number table method,70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,each group is 35 cases.2.The control group was treated with Loxoprofen Sodium and Mecobalamin Table once a day.On the basis of treatment of control group,the treatment group was treated with low back pain decoction of Fuqingzhu once a day.The period of study is three weeks.3.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were observed,and VAS scores,JOA scores,ASLR and safety indicators were collected for statistical analysis,so as to compare effect and safety of two groups.Results 1.After the treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%,while the control group was 77.42%,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The scores of VAS in the two groups were all reduced obviously after the treatment(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant defferences in VAS scores between two groups(P<0.05).It indicates that both groups of intervention measures are effective in improving the pain of LDH patients,but the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The JOA scores in both the treatment group and the control group were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.In terms of ASLR,two groups were both able to improve their angle than before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement angle of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.During the study,one patient in the treatment group and one patient in the control group showed remission after dull pain in the stomach,but they still adhere to complete the study.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 3.12% and 3.33%,respectively,with no statistical difference(P > 0.05),indicating that two group has little side effect.6.After treatment,no significant abnormalities were found in the vital signs,ECGs and blood sampling tests of the two groups of patients,indicating that low back pain decoction of Fuqingzhu was safe.Conclusion Low back pain decoction of Fuqingzhu in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with liver and kidney deficiency type can relieve clinical symptoms,reduce VAS scores,improve JOA scores and ASLR,and it also has small side effect.
