ObjectiveTo investigate whether liver product prescription has inhibitory effect on liver can-cer and its mechanism.MethodsAll the cases collected will be 50 cases,of which 20 cases of Western medicine group will be treated with Western medicine.Chinese medicine+Western medicine group 15 cases to Western medicine+Chinese medicine liver product prescription treatment; In the Chinese medicine group,15 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine liver prescription(composition:Bupleurum12g,Paeoniae Alba10 g,Atractylodes10g,Codono-psis30 g,Pinellia pilosa30 g,Astragalus10g,Astragalus30 g,Diptera10g,Licorice6 g,can be added and reduced with evidence. The above is 1 dose,Make 400 ml soup,1 dose per day,200 ml each morning and evening,3 months of treatment).Basic experiment:30 mice were used to establish the model of tumor formation in situ liver cancer, and the model was successfully molded in 10 d.The 30 liver cancer mice that were successfully m-olded were randomly divided into four groups:IL-1group(8),liver product group+IL-1 g-roup(8),liver product group(8),and blank group(6),continuous administration for 10 days,Daily weight measurement, observation of mice eating, drinking water, mental state, activity, fur color and death, etc.,to record. The ELISA method detects IL-8 and IL-10.ResultsClinical part:1.The age,sex and imaging of the patient were not statistically signi-ficant(P Both larger than0.05);2.Compared with KPS score of each group of patients, the Western medicine group,Chinese medicine group, and Chinese medicine group had a statistically significant difference after treatment and before treatment(P both smaller than 0.05),and the Chinese medicine group+Western medicine group and Chinese med-icine group were more significant; The difference was statistically significant among th-e three groups of Western medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine group and trad-itional Chinese medicine group after treatment(P less than 0.05).3.Comparing the clini-cal symptoms of each group of patients, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine+Western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group were all lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P both smaller than 0.05)4.Comparison of Child-pugh classification in each group of patients with clinical liver function, the difference between Western medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine g-roup,and traditional Chinese medicine group after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P Both larger than 0.05);The difference was statistically significa-nt before and after the treatment of Chinese medicine+ Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group(P both smaller than 0.05).5.There was no statistically significa-nt difference between the three groups of patients with AFP(P Both larger than 0.05);There was no significant difference between the three groups before and after treatmen-t(P Both larger than 0.05);6.The concentration of serum IL-10 ELISA in each group of patients was significantly lower than that before treatment after treatment in three g-roups:Western medicine group,Chinese medicine group, and Chinese medicine group.Th-e difference was statistically significant(P both smaller than 0.05).7.The concentration of serum IL-8 ELISA in each group of patients was significantly lower than that befo-re the treatment after the treatment of Western medicine group,Chinese medicine grou-p,and Chinese medicine group. The difference was statistically significant(P both smalle-r than 0.05).Basic experimental part:1.Comparison of serum weight in each group of mice, and comparison between the four groups before and after treatment, there was no statistica-l difference(P Both larger than 0.05);2.There was a statistically significant difference between the concentrations of IL-10 and IL-8 ELISA in the blank group, the Chinese medicine+IL-1 group, the IL-1 group and the Chinese medicine group(P less than 0.05);The difference was statistically significant before and after the treatment of Chinese m-edicine+IL-1 group and Chinese medicine group(P both smaller than 0.05).ConclusionHepatic product can inhibit the progress of liver cancer, which may be achieved b-y reducing the expression levels of inflammatory factors IL-8 and IL-10,and then acti-ng to inhibit the inflammatory response of the liver and reduce the continuous stimul-ation of liver parenchyma cells by the inflammatory microenvironment.the overall inte-rvention effect of liver and spleen deficiency and blood stasis was brought into play to improve the clinical symptoms of primary liver cancer patients with liver and splee-ndeficiency and blood stasis and improve the quality of life. |
