With the increasing phenomenon of aging,the increasing number of chronic diseases,coupled with the people’s demands on the quality of life greatly improved,the social attention to rehabilitation medicine has also been greatly improved.At present,the existing hospital information system focuses on the management and improvement of the efficiency of doctors in the corresponding departments,or to help patients to quickly make appointment visits,and there are few patients with specific diseases to provide special rehabilitation services system,the lack of domestic interconnection,visual,intelligent rehabilitation Information System management software.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the rehabilitation medicine Department of Dazhu County People’s Hospital as the source of the system demand,designs the architecture of the Intelligent rehabilitation Information system for the exoskeleton robot,realizes the related rehabilitation business function,and realizes the interaction and visualization of the training data in combination with the Exoskeleton Robot for Lower Limb Walking Aid.The main contributions are as follows:(1)Relying on the actual situation of rehabilitation departments in Dazhu County People’s Hospital,this paper first analyzes the functional needs and business processes of doctors,therapists,nurses and system administrators,and according to the construction situation and requirements of departments,determines that the system adopts the combination of three-layer C/S architecture and the Internet of things,and establishes a system architecture that integrates the perceptual layer,the representation layer,the functional layer,and the data layer.The system selects the C sharp language to design the UI interface under the framework of the.NET framework,and constructs the system server in the form of the Flask framework combined with MySQL database.Then the system outline design and database design are carried out,and the relationship between the detailed function module of the system and the database table is analyzed.(2)The system mainly covers eight modules,such as doctor-patient data retrieval,electronic treatment card,rehabilitation treatment,digital rehabilitation assessment,rehabilitation equipment management,statistical module,patient database and configuration management,from the perspective of four users of the system,to doctors,therapists,nurses and system administrators four permissions of the user interface for detailed functional description and interface design analysis.(3)In the interaction module of the rehabilitation training of the lower extremity support exoskeleton robot,a method to realize the training data acquisition of intelligent rehabilitation equipment is put forward.The system connects through WIFI,uses the internet of Things MQTT protocol for data subscription and transmission,realizes the acquisition and visualization of training information and joint angle data in equipment rehabilitation training,and completes the remote control of four kinds of training modes of exoskeleton robot sitting down,standing up,walking and stopping.The system designed in this thesis has carried on the function test and the performance test,and has obtained the practical application and the verification in the rehabilitation Medicine Department of Dazhu County People’s Hospital in Dazhou,Sichuan province. |
