Clinical practice Guideline(CPGs),are defined as systematically developed statements to assist physician and patient in making decisions about appropriate health care.However,these paperbased guidelines are particularly difficult to be applied into real environment.How to realize the automatic execution of guidelines has become a research focus of clinical decision support.The accuracy of diagnosis directly determine the effectiveness of treatment.Frequent updates of diagnostic criteria in CPGs brings challenges to CPGs' automatic execution.Under this background,this dissertation studies hypervolemic disease diagnose model based on which the automatic execution of disease diagnosis knowledge based on CPGs is studied.The main researches in this thesis includes the following aspects: 1)Analyses the disease diagnosis knowledge in CPGs through the method of knowledge engeering,defines the model of disease diagnose knowledge,and designs the strorage method of disease diagnose knowledge based on clinical pathway(2016 Edition).2)Studies disease diagnose method based on the model of disease diagnose knowledge with hypervolemic knowledge representation language and reasoning method.3)Constructs disease diagnosis model based on CPGs and forms the plan of disease diagnose based on CPGs.The main contributes in this thesis includes the following aspects: 1)A model of disease diagnose knowledge is proposed.The disease diagnose knowledge in CPGs is devided into two parts: clinical terms and diagnostic criteria.The property graph model of diagnostic criteria is proposed,which provides the basis for the storage and automatic execution of disease diagnose knowledge in CPGs.2)A hypervolemic knowledge representation and inference method of disease diagnose method is proposed.This paper defines disease diagnosis rules and transforms disease diagnose process into solving LPMLN program by transforming disease diagnosis knowledge and rules into knowledge representation and reasoning based on LPMLN.3)A plan of disease diagnose based on CPGs is proposed and experimented on common respiration diseases.Experiments show that the disease diagnosis model and diagnostic plan proposed in this paper have reference value for automatic execution research based on CPGs.
