Objective:Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)refers to acute respiratory failure characterized by progressive dyspnea and refractory hypoxemia, which can be caused by serious infections, pulmonary contusions, sepsis and other causes. The mortality rate of ARDS is extremely high, and there is currently no accurate and reliable diagnosis method in clinical practice.Pulmonary perfusion imaging is a widely used imaging examination using radioactive element imaging. To study the application value of pulmonary perfusion imaging on the detection of pulmonary arterial hypertension and risk stratification among patients with Acute respiratory distress syndrome. Methods: Through the chest imaging findings, lung perfusion imaging and delayed scan results, blood gas analysis results and clinical outcomes of 5 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by pulmonary contusion, using relevant statistical methods, refer to a large number of relevant literature Discussion and analysis. Results: All 5 patients received respiratory support,anti-infection and aerosol therapy after admission.Patients with rib fractures were treated with external chest strap fixation and appropriate analgesia, and appropriate nutritional support..All 5 patients were successfully discharged.Pulmonary perfusion imaging and delayed scanning were performed successfully and safely in all 5 patients.According to the observation of the metabolic factors of the sample and the data of PaO2/Fio2 index,it can be seen that the increase and decrease of the two have certain convergence, and further calculate the correlation coefficient of the two indicators of all the samples. The correlation coefficient is about 0.892,which is highly correlated, indicating that the metabolic factor ratio index has a very high consistency with the PaO2/Fio2 index, that is,the metabolic factor ratio index has similar functions to the PaO2/Fio2 index.Indicators indicate meaning. Conclusion: Pulmonary perfusion imaging and delayed imaging are widely used imaging methods using radioactive element imaging. At present, pulmonary perfusion imaging is often used to diagnose pulmonary embolism, pulmonary hypertension and other diseases, and can be used in combination with CT to provide optimized information for the diagnosis of lung cancer in stage III non-small cell lung cancer. After the analysis of this study, pulmonary perfusion imaging and delayed scanning have a certain role in the early diagnosis of ARDS and assessment of the severity of the disease, and lung perfusion imaging and delayed scanning examination are easy to operate,non-invasive,safe and reliable, but Whether pulmonary perfusion imaging and delayed scanning can be used for early diagnosis and assessment of prognosis of ARDS requires sensitivity, specificity and safety to be demonstrated by a large number of clinical trials.
