Objective 1.To explore the influence of continuous rehabilitation nursing based on multidisciplinary comprehensive intervention on promoting cardiac rehabilitation, psychological rehabilitation and quality of life of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting in fast rehabilitation surgery.2.To provide practical basis for improving discharge criteria and follow-up plan of coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)rapid rehabilitation surgical strategy and reducing the risk of re-hospitalization.3.To explore the effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing based on multidisciplinary intervention on the quality of life of patients undergoing rapid rehabilitation surgery after coronary artery bypass grafting.4.In order to improve the discharge criteria and follow-up plan of coronary artery bypass rapid recovery surgery strategy, reduce the risk of re-hospitalization and provide practical basis.Method According to build two-way referral of couplet of "medical" and "family doctor" group before and after the contract will be between January 2014 and January 2015,41 patients as control group,in May 2016 to May 2017,39 patients as observation group and control group receiving FTS solution out of the hospital health education guidance, and regular telephone, outpatient follow-up year, observation group, the continuity of the exercise therapy at the corereh abilitation nursing including pain nursing, rehabilitation training, respiratory function exercise, which covers comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation of individualized health education, nutrition prescription and mood and sleep management etc.The degree of pain relief, exercise tolerance, quality of life, anxiety and depression relief, recurrence risk factors control compliance rate and readmission rate were compared between the two groups. The statistical analysis compared the disordered classification data between groups by using chi-square test or Fisher's exact probability method.Mean standard deviation was used to represent the continuity data of normal distribution, and independent t test was used for the comparison between groups.Rank-sum test was used for the comparison between groups of ordered classified data.Repeated measures analysis of variance was used for the comparison of scores of VAS,SAS,SDS,and NHP.A P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result After the completion of the intervention, the 6MWT in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)at 6 months cardiac rehabilitation training. The VAS score of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01)at 1 month,3 months,6 months and 1 year after discharge. The pain in the observation group was significantly relieved at 1 month after discharge, while the pain in the control group was also relieved, but the degree was not significant. The comparison of NHP quality of life between the two groups one year later showed that the evaluation of NHP quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The postoperative SAS and SAD scores of the observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The SAS and SAD scores of the observation group were nearly normal one year after the surgery, while the control group still had mild anxiety and depression. The compliance rate of recurrence risk factors was compared between the two groups. The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, especially the improvement of diastolic blood pressure and heart rate(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Continuity of rehabilitation nursing to reduce coronary artery bypass surgery hospital patients with physical and psychological stress and inadaptability, accelerate the recovery of body and mind,to reduce coronary heart disease recurrence rate and hospital readmission rate, improving cardiac function and the quality of survival, improve coronary bypass rapid rehabilitation hospital surgical strategy criteria and follow-up plan, reduce the risk of readmission, provides the basis of the practice.
