| In this paper,Lasianthus fordii var.trichocladus and Lasianthus austrosinensis belonging to the Rubiaceae,the chemical constituents of which were studied.A total of 23 compounds were obtained from two plants using a variety of chromatographic separation techniques,physicochemical properties analysis techniques and modern spectral techniques.The main compounds were anthraquinones,coumarins and lignans.The first chapter summarizes the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Rubiaceae in recent years.The main types of chemical components are iridoids,pentacyclic triterpenoids,anthraquinones,alkaloids,flavonoids and coumarins;the main pharmacological activities are antihypertensive,hepatoprotective and antiviral effects,antioxidant,antitumor,antidepressant,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.The second chapter mainly expounds the research process,chemical constituents of Lasianthus fordii var.trichocladus and its structural analysis and data attribution.Eleven compounds were obtained by using macroporous resin column and ODS column chromatography from plants.Compounds were identified respectively by using nuclear magnetic spectroscopy and mass spectrometry as lasianthuoside F (1),saikolignanoside B (2),damnacanthol-3-O-β-D-primeveroside (3),lasianthuoside A (4),scopolin (5),nitensoside B (6),(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7),saikolignanoside A (8),liriodendrin (9),lasianthuoside B (10),lasianthuoside D (11).Among them,the compound lasianthuoside F and saikolignanoside B are new compounds.The third chapter is the study of the chemical constituents of Lasianthus austrosinensis.Using separation and purification methods such as extraction and ODS column chromatography,Twelve compounds were isolated from plants and identified by IR,nuclear magnetic spectroscopy and mass spectrometry as lasianthurin D (12),lasianthurin E (13),lasianthurin A(14),damnacanthol (15),rubiadin (16),1-methyoxy-2-methoxymethyl-3-hydroxyanthraquinone (17),lucidin-3-O-β-D-primeveroside (18),damnacanthol-11-O-β-glucoside(19),lucidin dimethyl ether (20),scopoletin (21),β-sitosterol (22),daucosterol (23).Among them,the compound lasianthurin D and lasianthurin E are new compounds.The fourth chapter summarizes and forecasts the research of this topic.The results of this study provide a scientific basis for the development and use of the genus. |
