Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Herpes Simplex Virus Keratitis By Xin Wen Jie Biao Method Combined With Acupuncture

Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis by observing the clinical efficacy of the treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis with the combination of Xinwen Jiesurface method and acupuncture,so as to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis.Methods: 43 patients(46 eyes)with epithelial herpes simplex virus keratitis were selected from the ophthalmology department of affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine,and the syndrome differentiation was wind-cold bundle phenotype.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(21 cases,23 eyes),control group(22 eyes,23 eyes),control group(control group)received acyclovir eye drops and ganciclovir eyes treated with gel routine western medicine.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with self-made prescription of Xinwen Jiepiao combined with acupuncture at the same time.After each course of treatment,the visual acuity,main symptoms and signs integral,adverse reaction,total effective rate and recovery of the two groups were observed after each course of treatment,taking 10 days as a course of treatment for a total of 3 courses of treatment.The comparison of the rate of incidence and other indicators,the comprehensive evaluation of its efficacy.Results:1.The visual acuity of the two groups was improved 10 days aftertreatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).20 days and 30 days after treatment,there were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement of visual acuity in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.2.After each course of treatment,the scores of main symptoms and signs in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of symptoms and signs in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.During the total treatment,one case in each group had adverse reactions,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after 10 days of treatment(P>0.05),but the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after 20 days and 30 days of treatment(P<0.05).5.There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups within the first month after treatment(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group within 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis,combined with acupuncture,can effectively control symptoms,improve physical signs,shorten the course of disease and reduce recurrence,the curative effect is better than the use of western medicine alone.
