Retrospective Study Of Medical Records Chinese Medicine Master Hong Guangxiang’s Use Of Warm Lung Decoction Based On Data Mining

Objective: by collecting and sorting out the medical records of the clinical application of Wenfei decoction by Hong Guangxiang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,and using data mining techniques,this paper systematically summarizes the experience and the regularity of clinical application of Wenfei decoction by Hong Guangxiang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to make it more flexible in clinical practice in the future.Effective use of Wenfei decoction,give full play to its clinical value.Methods: through the careful study of the relevant literature and works,we have a comprehensive understanding of the origin,composition,curative effect and clinical experience of Wenfei decoction,and collected and sorted out the medical records of Hong Guangxiang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,who used Wenfei Jian.According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion of medical records,155 medical records were obtained.Then using the traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistance platform(V2.5),the collected medical records were processed and database was established.Using data mining methods such as statistical report system,data analysis system and association rule analysis in the platform,Hong Guangxiang,a master of Chinese medicine,used Wenfei decoction to study the rule of drug use.Results: of 143 patients(155 visits),46 were male and 97 female,accounting for 32.16%,67.83% and 1 / 2.1%,respectively.The maximum age of the patients was 87 years,the minimum age was 19 years,and the average age was 46 years.The diagnosis of TCM was mainly cough,cold and asthma,and the frequency was 57.25%,30.96% and 9.03%,respectively.Clinical manifestations,a total of 84 symptoms,clinical more common symptoms are cough,expectoration,pharynx itching,chest stuffy,nasal runny,cold,cold;The frequencies were 94.83%,54.19%,38.12%,27.09%,25.13%,16.12%,10.96%,respectively.The higher frequency of tongue image is light tongue(41.12%),dark red tongue(30.45%),thin white coating(35.14%),greasy coating(38.15%).The pulse is mainly floating,string and sliding,the frequency is 45%,28.14%,59.48%,respectively,the frequency is 45%,28.14% and 59.48% respectively.Prescription Analysis: there are 11 main high-frequency drugs used in the drug use,namely,raw ephedra,Aster,Donghua,Pinellia fargesii,short ground tea,Asarum,Tiansera shell,ginger,raw licorice,Fructus aurantii,black plum,the frequency is 100%,100%,100%,respectively,the frequency is 100%,100%,100%,respectively.100%,100%,97%,95.25%,83.22%,38.06%,32.25%,32.25%,32.25%.Hong Guangxiang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,used Wenfei decoction to analyze the rule of prescription.According to the statistics of drug use mode,the support degree was 70%,and the confidence level was 0.95.The core flavor was8 taste: raw ephedra,Aster,Donghua,low ground tea,Tiansera shell.,Pinellia pinelliae,Asarum,ginger,most of the core flavor of warm lung dispelling cold,phlegm and cough as the main efficacy.Then when the support degree was adjusted by 30% and the confidence level was 0.6,18 kinds of drugs were obtained: perilla leaf,black plum,Poria cocos,raw licorice,Asarum,ginger,Aster,Forsythia forsythia,ground skin seed,winter flower,French Pinellia,ephedra,and aged skin.Serous shell,low ground tea,scutellaria baicalensis,Fructus Aurantii,bitter almonds,white skin.Conclusion: The Chinese medical master,Hong Guangxiang,often embodies the "not far from the lung" ’s academic thought,the "not far from the lung" ’ s theory,that is,the lung-system disease is often passed through the warm-up,the warm-up,the warming,the warm-on and the warm-up isothermal method to achieve the purpose of dispelling cold and relieving exterior syndrome,eliminating phlegm,removing blood stasis,relieving cough and asthma,strengthening body resistance,and consolidating the body.The Chinese medicine master,Hong Guangxiang,is used for treating various acute and chronic lung-type cough and asthma diseases by using the warm-lung decoction for treating various acute and chronic lung-type cough and asthma diseases,In particular to the treatment of chronic bronchitis,cough and asthma,common cold and lung swelling.
