Achyrocline satureioides(Lam.)DC.(Compositae),On the basis of previous studies,a systematic research on chemical constituents in Achyrocline satureioides have been given in this research by using silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC.48 compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate fraction.41 compounds has been identified by spectroscopy and physicochemical methods,as 12 compounds were first separated from Achyrocline:2-(1-oxopentyl)-benzoic acid ethyl ester,senkyunolide I,α-amyrin,pomolic acid,(4S,5R)-5-(4’-methyl-3’-pentenyl)-4-hydroxy-5-methyldihydrofuran-2-one,clovandiol,caryolane-1,9β-diol,(+)-(3R)-3-hydroxyl-4,4-dimethyl-4-butyrolactone,quercetin 4’-O-β-D-glucoside,hostaflavanone A,neosakuranin,3-O-methoxy quercetin-3’-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside;29 known compounds:5-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyflavone,diamyl phthalate,β-sitosterol,(S)-3-[{5,7-dihydroxy-2,2-dimeth-yl-8-(2-methyl butanoyl)-2H-chromen-6-yl}methyl]-6-ethyl-4-hydroxy-5-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one,β-sitostenone,ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one,3,5-dihydroxy-6,7,8-trimethoxyflavone,lepidissipyrone,7,4’-dihydroxy-5-metho xyflavanone,(24R)-24-ethylcholest-4-en-3,6-dione,1-(2-methylbutanone)-3-prenyl-ph loroglucinol,5,7-Dihydroxy-3,6-dimethoxyflavone,ursoli cacid,galangin-3-methyl ether,quercetin,anthemisol,pinocembrin,(2R,3R)-taxifolin,quercetin 3-methyl ether,protocatechuic acid,Helichrysetin,palmitic acid,methyl linolenate,galangin,genkwanin,4’-hydroxydehydrokawain,3,3’-dimethoxy quercetin,isorhamnetin,quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside.Through network pharmacology and tumor cell activity screening experiments,the active ingredients of Achyrocline satureioides including anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor and other activities were preliminarily determined.
