Analysis Of Factors Influencing The Construction Ofmedical Alliance In The Field Of Grading Clinics

Objectives Medical alliance is one of the effective forms of grading diagnosis and treatment.However,due to the short and immature development of China’s medical association,there are many problems in the operation process and hinder the long-term effective development of the medical association.Therefore,based on the status quo of the construction of the medical association in Hainan Province,the medical association of Hainan Province was found through the medical staff and patients in the medical association,the doctors’ willingness to practice,the medical association and the classification and diagnosis.The current status and problems of the operation of the body model,and provide policy recommendations for the wide-scale promotion of the medical association in Hainan Province.Methods Describe the analysis of the allocation and utilization of health resources in Hainan Province,using literature analysis methods,questionnaire survey methods,and statistical analysis methods.After sorting out the data of the questionnaire,using the statistical description of single factor chi-square test,analysis of variance,and logistic regression analysis of binomial classification,we found that the factors influencing the development of medical associations.Results The medical staff’s understanding of the medical association is related to gender,age,length of service,professional title,highest education,hospital establishment,monthly average income,satisfaction with current income status,and willingness to practice more.The patient’s awareness of the medical union mode and two-way referral in the perspective of graded diagnosis and treatment is lower.The degree of patient understanding of two-way referral is directly proportional to the degree of understanding of the medical treatment of the grading diagnosis and treatment.The reasons for the unclear relationship between the responsibilities and rights in the medical association,the lack of a unified two-way referral standard,the cumbersome referral procedures,and the weak service capacity of primary medical institutions are the main reasons for the inadequacy of grading medical treatment and the unwillingness of medical staff to practice more.Conclusions The government must constantly improve the laws and regulations of the medical association,guide the construction of a close-knit medical association model,strengthen management within the medical association,build a multi-practice platform for doctors,mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff,and use social media to increase medical associations and grading.Propaganda of medical treatment to expand patient awareness.
