Objective: To discuss the effectiveness of IMB skill model in patients' information cognition,self-efficacy and behavior formation, and to provide new ideas and references for continuing nursing of COPD patients in the future. Methods: In the descriptive study,COPD patients were investigated with general situation questionnaire, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease knowledge questionnaire,COPD self-efficacy questionnaire and COPD quality of life questionnaire. In the experimental study, the control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given routine nursing and IMB skill mode.Through collecting general information questionnaire, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease knowledge questionnaire,COPD self-efficacy questionnaire and COPD quality of life questionnaire for 3 months, the effect of intervention was analyzed and evaluated.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze and process the data.Baseline data were analyzed by composition ratio and descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square test, two independent samples t-test,repeated measurement variance analysis for statistical inference..SPearman correlation analysis and LSD compare two groups, was used to analyze the influencing factors.Test level a=0.05,P<0.05 was selected. The results showed statistical differences, but the impact was small.Result: 1.The self-efficacy level of COPD patients in this study was middle and low,and the quality of life and knowledge level were low, with self-efficacy(80.43±14.36),quality of life(12.84 ± 3.48)and knowledge level(6.85 ± 2.43).Living condition, duration of disease, oxygen therapy and oxygen flow had effects on self-efficacy(P <0.05).Oxygen flow and oxygen therapy had effects on the quality of life of COPD patients(P < 0.05),but they were not significant. The total score of self-efficacy wasnegatively correlated with the score of quality of life(r=-0.259,P<0.05),while the total score of self-efficacy was positively correlated with the score of knowledge level(r=0.151,P<0.05),and the score of quality of life was negatively correlated with the score of knowledge level(r=-0.607,P<0.05).2.After 3 months of intervention, the knowledge level and quality of life of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total scores of environmental temperature, physical activity, safety behavior and self-efficacy of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,knowledge level,self-efficacy and other dimensions all have interaction effects, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of t-test showed that after 3 or 3 months of intervention, the knowledge level,self-efficacy and quality of life of the experimental group had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Oxygen flow has an impact on self-efficacy and quality of life of COPD patients, and self-efficacy is also affected by disease duration and living conditions, but the impact was small.Pearson correlation study shows that the higher the knowledge level, the better the self-efficacy,and the higher the quality of life.2.IMB skill model can improve the self-efficacy of patients with COPD,enhance their disease awareness, improve the quality of life of patients, and is conducive to the continuing care of patients with COPD.
