| Objective To investigate the characteristics of tongue image,characteristics of colonoscopy and apoptosis of exfoliated cells in colorectal cancer patients with damp-heat syndrome,and to detect cell maturation value(MI,MV),positive for EGFR,casepase-3 and c-Jun protein.Expression rate.It is expected to find the correlation between the characteristics of tongue color of Chinese medicine,the of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods In the future,patients who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital and who met the Chinese medicine diagnosis of this study were diagnosed as damp-heat accumulation syndrome as a case control group.Among them,patients with clear diagnosis of colorectal cancer were enrolled in the colorectal cancer group,a total of 60 cases;patients with a definite diagnosis of intestinal polyps were included in the polyp group,a total of 20 cases;patients with definitive diagnosis of ulcerative colitis were included in the ulcerative The colitis group(hereinafter referred to as the stagnation group),a total of 20 cases.A total of 20 patients were enrolled in the normal control group with normal physical examination and no intestinal lesions.After the colonoscopy results were subgrouped,the characteristics of the tongue and colonoscopy of the above observation objects were observed and analyzed,and the tongue coating was scraped and preserved.The maturity(MI,MV)of the exfoliated cells of the tongue coating was detected by Pap staining.The positive expression rate of EGFR,casepase-3 and c-Jun in exfoliated cells of tongue coating was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results 1.Tongue feature:The colorectal cancer group was characterized by purple tongue and thick yellow greasy moss;the polyp group was characterized by dark red tongue and thin yellow greasy moss;the stagnation group was characterized by red tongue and thin yellow greasy moss;the normal group was light red.Tongue and thin white moss are the main lumen and clear vascular texture.3.Tongue exfoliated cell maturity(MI,MV):Compared with the normal control group,the colorectal cancer group,the polyp group,and the ulceration group showed a significant decrease in the surface cells and a significant increase in the middle layer cells.The number of middle-level cells was in order from colorectal cancer group > polyp group >ulceration group > normal control group.In the MI distribution coordinates,the colorectal cancer group,the polyp group,and the ulceration group were parabolic,and the normal control group was a decreasing phenomenon of dampness and heat stagnation has gradually increased.2.In the characteristics of colonoscopy,from the normal control group → polyp group → colorectal cancer group,the process of intestinal epithelial cells changes from normal epithelial to hyperplastic epithelium→ adenoma → adenocarcinoma,mucosal bulge gradually increases,and even intestinal The cavity is narrow and the mucosal surface is gradually roughened from normal to erosion.In the Kuijie group,there was no intestinal mucosal bulge,and the lesions showed diffuse congestion,edema,ulcers,erosion,mucosal granule trend of high expression.It indicated that the exfoliated cells of the tongue coating were abnormally proliferated and the apoptosis was inhibited,suggesting that EGFR and c-Jun may play an important role in the process of intestinal malignant transformation.The rate of casepase-3,which promotes apoptosis,is low expression,but it cannot be used as an indicator to identify benign and malignant
