| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Heweiliuhao formula in treating the ZhuoDu intrinsic of Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer patients,and to explore the mechanism of Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancerto with ZhuoDu intrinsic,through observing the changes on the expression level of Glil,SUFU and CyclinD1 of Sonic Hedgehog(Shh)in gastric mucosa before and after treatment,further provide the theoretical basis clinical application of Heweiliuhao formula in the treatment of Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer.Methods:1.Eighty patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected.After the study,only 70 patients were asked to the experiment was completed,including35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given oral and Heweiliuhao formula,the control group is given oral Weifuchun tablets,two groups of treatment Both are 6 months.2.To observe the clinical symptoms,gastroscope and pathological changes of the two groups before and after treatment.3.To observe the expression level of Glil,SUFU and CyclinD1 of Sonic Hedgehog(Shh)in gastric mucosa before and after treatment between two gtoups,through the method of immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.4.Analyze all data with SPSS21.0 software.Results:1.Symptom scores:The symptom scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the two groups after treatment,the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Clinical effect:thetotal effective rate of the treatment group was 97.1% significantly higher than the control group 85.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Gastroscopic effect:The total effective rate of the treatment group was91.4%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Pathological effect:the total effective rate of atrophy in the treatment group was 77.14%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(51.43%);the total effective rate of intestinal metaplasia in the treatment group was 88.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.18%),with significant difference(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of intraepithelial neoplasia in the treatment group was 76.92%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 53.85%,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);5.Comparison of the MOD and protein of Glil in the gastric mucosa of Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer:the the MOD and protein of Glil in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);6.Comparison of the MOD and protein of SUFU in the gastric mucosa of Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer:the the MOD and protein of SUFU in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);7.Comparison of the MOD and protein of CyclinD1 in the gastric mucosa of Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer:the the MOD and protein of CyclinD1 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);8.Observation of adverse reactions in the experiment:70 patients who completed the experiment had no adverse reactions during the medication,and there were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,stoolroutine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram.Conclusions:1.Heweiliuhao formula can improve the clinical symptoms,gastroscope and pathological condition of patients with PLGC of zhuodu intrinsic.2.The increased expression of Glil,CyclinD1 and decreased expression of SUFU of Sonic Hedgehog(Shh)key factors in gastric mucosa tissues may be the important factors of the morbidity of PLGC.3.Heweiliuhao formula can decrease the expression level of Glil and CyclinD1 of Sonic Hedgehog(Shh)key factors in gastric mucosa and increase the expression level of SUFU.The possible mechanism may be that the formula can play a role through regulating and controlling the expression level of Gli1,SUFU and CyclinD1. |
