Objective : To explore the influencing factors of serum hypersensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with type 2 diabetes; To investigate the relationship between serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the development of Lacunar infarction. Methods:Total 128 patients with acute lacunar infarction confirmed by brain magnetic resonance were divided into diabetes mellitus combined with lacunar infarction group(DLI group)and non-diabetic lacunar infarction group(LI group)according to whether they had diabetes mellitus or not,and 60 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus without lacunar infarction were selected as the diabetic group(DM group)at the same time. The age, name, gender, body mass index(BMI)and blood pressure of all subjects were recorded in detail.Elbow venous blood was taken in next morning with empty stomach resting state, and the level of fasting blood glucose, cholesterol and triacylglycerol, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, glycosylated hemoglobin,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in serum and the number of LI were examined.Collect and collate data for analysis.Results:1.The level of systolic pressure in the diabetes mellitus combined with lacunar infarction group and the non-diabetic lacunar infarction group was higher than that in type 2 diabetes mellitus without lacunar infarction group(P<0.05).there was no statistically significant in other indicators.2.The levels of serum hs-CRP,HbA1 c,FPG,TC,TG and LDL-C in diabetes mellitus combined with lacunar infarction group were higher than those in the diabetic group and type 2 diabetes mellitus without lacunar infarction group(P<0.05).3.There was positive correlation between the levels of serum hs-CRP and the levels of serum LDL-C,FPG,HbA1 c in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus which combined with lacunar infarction respectively(P<0.01)。There was positive correlation between the levels of hs-CRP and the number of LI in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with lacunar infarction respectively(P<0.01).4.Regression analysis showed that the levels of serum LDL-C,FPG,HbA1 c were all the influencing factors for the levels of serum hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with lacunar infarction,(β = 0.325、0.201、0.372,P<0.05);The levels of serum hs-CRP was the influencing factor for the number of LI(β = 0.493,P<0.05).5.Compared with non-diabetic patients, the condition was more serious in patients with diabetes mellitus combined with lacunar infarction, and the number of LI was higher, and the type of lesion is more common in multiple lesions in patients with diabetes mellitus combined with lacunar infarction.Conclusion:1.The levels of serum hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus which combined with lacunar infarction(DLI group)were higher than that in non-diabetic lacunar infarction group(LI group).2.The levels of serum hs-CRP are associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients which combined with lacunar infarction.3.The levels of serum hs-CRP were positively correlated with the severity of lacunar infarction in T2 DM patients. |
