Objective To investigate the effect of tranexamic acid on fibrinolytic system and amount of bleeding in undergoing spine surgery. Methods Sixty patients undergoing spinal surgery were randomly divided into two groups, tranexamic acidgroup(group T)(n=30)and control group(group C)(n=30).The patients in both groups were routinely monitored after entering the room.Intravenous anesthesia was used for rapid induction.Respiratory ventilation was maintained after tracheal intubation, and intraoperative maintenance was maintained by intravenous anesthetics alone..Slow intravenous drip of tranexamic acid 15 mg/kg in group T within 15 minutes after induction of anesthesia, and the same time give the same dosage of saline in group C.The changes of Fibrinogen(Fib),coagulation function and hemoglobin(HB)before and after operation were recorded, and the blood loss during operation was recorded. The complications and adverse reactions were observed 24 hours after operation. Results There was no significant difference in preoperative general condition between the two groups(P>0.05);The coagulation time PT、APTT and TT of the two groups were prolonged compared with those before operation.Compared with the group C,there was less change in group C,and it has statistical significance.(P<0.05);Fib,PLT and HB in both groups were lower than those before operation,Compared with the group C,the change of group T was smaller, and it has statistical significance.(P<0.05);There was significant difference in blood volume between the two groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in 24-hour drainage between the two groups.(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of tranexamic acid in spinal surgery can effectively inhibit the over-activation of fibrinolytic system in spinal surgeryand significantly reduce blood volume.Figure 11;Table 5;Reference 93... |
