| Objective:To explore the high risk factors of intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy. Methods:The clinical data of 215 patients with ICP admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University from January 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and compared with 350 pregnant women in the same period.Potential risk factors were screened using t-test andχ~2test,and statistically significant risk factors were selected for statistical analysis using binary logistic regression analysis. Results:The incidence of ICP is related to age, especially in elderly woman, hepatitis B virus carrier, and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(P<0.05).Among them,HBV carrier has the greatest impact on ICP,followed by hypertensive disorder of pregnancy.Pregnant women with HBV carrier are 3.575 times more likely to have ICP than pregnant women without HBV carrier(P=0.001),and the risk of ICP in pregnant women with HDP was 2.159times higher than that in pregnant women without HDP(P=0.034).The risk of ICP in elderly women is 1.976 times that of pregnant women of the appropriate age(P=0.013).Conclusion:Age,hepatitis B virus carrier, pregnancy with hypertension is a high risk factor for intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, and clinical attention is needed. |
