Research On Education Of Rule Of Law For Medical Personnel

With the acceleration of the rule of law construction process,the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics has been gradually improved,and the concept of the rule of law in the whole society has been significantly enhanced.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: “The significant progress has been made in building democracy and the rule of law,actively developing socialist democracy politics,and advancing the rule of law in all respects”,and further proposed the "scientific legislation,strict law enforcement,fair justice,and the people's law-abiding advancement" determination,the medical and health services are important to the overall situation of social development and the well-being of the public and are closely related to the health of citizens.In the context of national rule of law construction,medical staff should not only pay attention to the improvement of medical theory and professional skills,but also follow the pace of national rule of law practice,establish scientific concept of rule of law through systematic education of legal concept,and master certain legal knowledge.However,at present,the medical staff's education on the rule of law is still facing many deficiencies and challenges,and there is a certain gap with the construction of the society ruled by law.Due to the particularity of the medical industry,medical staff are characterized by high work intensity,strong professionalism and heavy responsibility.The hospital has many problems such as insufficient attention to the education of the rule of law,insufficient organization and lack of study time,and the serious shortage of medical staff.In order to alleviate the tension between doctors and patients,hospitals should pay attention to the importance of medical staff's education on the concept of rule of law.If medical personnel improve their comprehensive quality,they can not only protect patients' right to life and health but also protect their own legitimate rights and interests,thereby alleviating tension,to build a harmonious the doctor-patient relationship.Based on the current environment of the rule of law,starting from the particularity of the medical staff's occupation,the purpose of this paper was to identify the main problems existing in the education of medical staff's view of the rule of law through literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis,analyzes the reasons for the existing problems,and then puts forward the countermeasures to optimize and improve the education of medical staff's view of the rule of law.This paper consists of three parts.The first part is the necessity of carrying out education on the rule of law for medical personnel.This part defines the concept of education on the rule of law and the education of the rule of law among medical personnel,analyzes the group characteristics of medical personnel,and expounds the necessity of carrying out education on the rule of law for medical personnel.The second part is the main problems and reasons of the medical personnel's concept education on the rule of law.Combined with the analysis of survey data,interview,and cases from a city's top three hospitals.The author proposed the main problems existing in the education of medical personnel's concept of rule of law and the reasons for its formation.The third part is the countermeasure for improving the education of medical personnel in the rule of law.On the basis of the second part,this part discusses the countermeasures from the perspectives of changing the educational concept,broadening the educational approach,optimizing the educational content and perfecting the educational evaluation system.Through the medical personnel's concept education on the rule of law research,theoretically,enriches the ideological and political education theory.In practice,the improvement of medical personnel's concept of rule of law can not only standardize practice activities,improve the level of medical and health services,ensure the safety of medical behavior,and maintain patients' rights to life and health.It can also safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of medical staff,promote the construction of harmonious the doctor-patient relationship,and ensure the stability of medical order,so as to ensuring social harmony and stability.
