Objective: By understanding pain, lumbar degenerative diseases patients’ kinesiophobia, general self-efficacy and degree of disability on patients with lumbar degenerative diseases pain could movement disorder and coping strategies, general self-efficacy,disability degree of correlation, and further analysis of lumbar degenerative diseases pain fear the influence factors of movement disorder patients, for the future research and provide empirical basis for targeted intervention. Methods: 1.Convenient sampling: 310 patients with pain of lumbar degenerative diseases in the department of traditional Chinese medicine and spinal surgery of two grade a hospitals in shihezi city from February to July,2018 were selected as research objects. The self-designed general data questionnaire,Tampa kinesiophobia scale,General self-efficacy scale,Medical coping strategies questionnaire and Oswestry disability index scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on patients who met the inclusion criteria.2.Epi Data3.1 was used for double data entry.SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis, and the data were normally distributed.Descriptive analysis was expressed by Mean±Standard Deviation, frequency, rate and composition ratio. Two independent sample t test was used to compare the measurement data in different demographic characteristics, and Chi-square was used to compare the counting data. The scores of interscale kinesiophobia were compared by t test of two independent samples.Multivariate analysis was conducted with binary Logistic regression, and odds ratio(OR)and 95%CI were used to estimate the correlation strength between various factors and the occurrence of kinesiophobia.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: 1.A total of 310 questionnaires were collected,298 of which were valid, and the effective recovery rate was 96.13%.The mean age of 298 patients in this study was 47.62±10.91,146 males (49%),152 females (51%),164 mild (55%),97 moderate (33%) and 37 severe(12%).2.The score of kinesiophobia in patients with pain of lumbar degenerative disease was 42.70±5.90 in patients with pain of lumbar degenerative disease, general self-efficacy,coping strategies and the degree of disability. The total score of general self-efficacy was 26.52±4.09,which was lower than the ordinary adult and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of coping strategies were: confrontation 17.92±3.21,avoidance 14.12±3.13 and suppression 7.39±2.89,all of which were lower than the national norm. The differences in confrontation and suppression dimensions were statistically significant compared with the national norm (P<0.05).Functional impairment score 41.69±21.15(%),at the level of the middle.3.The difference in the score of kinesiophobia in patients with lumbar degenerative disease in general demographic characteristics:there were statistically significant differences in the incidence of kinesiophobia in general data of patients with lumbar degenerative disease in terms of age, economic burden, pain, conscious health status, presence of chronic disease, and radiation to lower limb pain(P<0.05).4.Comparison of scores between the fear group and the non-fear group in different scales between the fear group and the non-fear group of lumbar degenerative diseases showed statistically significant differences in self-efficacy,confrontation,avoidance,suppression coping strategies and degree of functional disorder (P<0.05).5.Pearson correlation analyze: Kinesiophobia was negatively correlated with the confrontation dimension (r=-0.394,P<0.001)and General self-efficacy (r=-0.503,P<0.001).It was positively correlated with avoidance (r=0.366,P<0.001),suppression dimension(r=0.379,P<0.001),and ODI (r=0.627,P<0.001).6.General self-efficacy(OR=0.784,95% CI=0.700~0.877),coping strategies (OR=0.647,95%CI =0.546~0.766),financial burden (OR=3.015,95%CI=1.567~5.802),coping strategies of avoidance (OR=1.264,95%CI=1.059~1.510),degree of disability(OR=1.110,95%CI=1.053~ 1.170) is a risk factor for the occurrence of kinesiophobia. Conclusion: 1.The incidence of kinesiophobia is high in patients with lumbar degenerative diseases with pain.2.Self-efficacy and coping strategies are the protective factors for the occurrence of terrorism, while the degree of economic burden, coping strategies of avoidance and degree of functional disorder are the risk factors for the occurrence of terrorism.
