Investigation And Analysis Of The Application Situation Of Anticoagulant Durgs For Patients With Non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation In Our Hospital

Objective:To investigate and analyze the application situation of anticoagulant durgs in the hospitalized patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation（NVAF）.Methods:The application situation of anticoagulant durgs in our hospital from 2007 to 2010（group A）、2011 to 2014（group B）and 2015to 2017（group C）were investigated.Results:There was a difference in utilization of anticoagulant therapy for patients with NVAF under different CHA₂DS₂-VASc scores or HAS-BLED scores.The anticoagulant treatment status of NVAF patients has improved from 4.15%（group A）to 29.00%（group C）.And a significant improvement was seen in the anticoagulant treatment（χ2=133.31,P<0.001）.Conclusion:The anticoagulant treatment are still deficiencies in our hospital.More attention should be paid to this problem in clinical practice.
