Objective:The first 1000 days of life is very important for the early and late health of children.Therefore,this article trys to discuss infant BF,formula feeding,CF and feeding skills.Methods:357 cases of infants admitted to the outpatient department of children's health care of children's hospital affiliated to chongqing medical university from September to October 2018 were collected.The children's early feeding and feeding skills were analyzed through a questionnaire survey.Results:Most infants are fed formula or solid food before the age of 6 months.A small number of mothers can insist on breastfeeding up to 1 year old;Maternal education affects exclusive breastfeeding and complementary feeding,meanwhile maternal age affects formula feeding.Most parents add grains firstly,such as iron-rich rice noodles and porridge,while a few start with fruits and vegetables.The duration of BF and CF has no effect on the growth of children aged 3-4 years.Half of the babies had good feeding skills,but boys are not good as girls.Conclusion:Most children add solid food at an early age and insist on BF for a short time.The addition of solid food and EBF are related to the educational background of children's mothers.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the education of the caregivers,including BF?CF and feeding skills.In addition pediatrician should make feeding plans based on the growth and development of each child and individual differences.
