The Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Xuanbi Decoction Combined With Leflunomide To Treat The Dampness-heat Blockage Type Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Xuanbi decoction combined with leflunomide in the treatment of dampness and heat resistance rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Sixty patients with damp-heat stagnation rheumatoid arthritis who were in accordance with the research protocol of this study were randomly divided into treatment group(Xuanbi Decoction + Leflunomide)in30 cases,and the control group(shirebi tablet + leflunomide))30 cases.Basic data such as gender,age,and past history of the two groups were observed before treatment.Observe the syndrome scores of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment,the evaluation of TCM syndrome efficacy,the indicators of ACR20 standard,and the evaluation of disease efficacy.Both groups had a treatment cycle of 12 weeks.Results:1 Comparison of TCM Syndromes:The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the degree of joint pain,fever,joint fever,morning stiffness time and other indicators.The treatment group was close to the control group in improving the degree of joint swelling,joint tenderness,adverse joint flexion and extension,sweating and other indicators.2 Evaluation of TCM Syndromes:In the treatment group,1 cases were clinically controlled,10 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 90.00%;In the control group,0 cases were clinically controlled,7 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 73.33%.The treatment group was better than the control group.3 Comparison of various indexes of ACR20 standard:In the improvement of patients’ pain evaluation,joint evaluation(tenderness and swelling number),patients with disease activity evaluation,doctor’s evaluation of disease activity,physical function evaluation and acute reactant level,the treatment group was better than the control group.4 Disease curative effect evaluation:In the treatment group,ACR70 standard 1 cases,ACR50 9 cases,ACR20 15 cases,ACR20 not up to 5 cases,the total effective rate was 83.33%;In the control group,ACR70 standard 0cases,ACR50 5 cases,ACR20 14 cases,ACR20 not up to 11 cases,the total effective rate was 63.33%.The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Xuanbi decoction combined with leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis due to damp-heat obstruction has a good effect on improving the symptoms,signs and inflammatory indexes of controlling disease activity,and it is better than the combination of shirebi tablet and leflunomide.
