| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Qingre Decoction combined with modified Ponticelli regimen in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy..Methods: 60 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Two groups of patients were given glucocorticoid combined with cyclophospha-mide-based general treatment basis.The control group was treated with Huang Kui capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Ziyin Qingre prescription.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,24 hour urine protein quantity,serum albumin,blood lipid and other indexes were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:1.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was86.67%,while that in the control group was 53.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The score of TCM syndromes in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.The comprehensive curative effect of western medicine was 66.67% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group(P > 0.05).4.The 24-hour urinary protein quantity and TG level in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the serum total cholesterol level in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.Ziyin Qingre Decoction combined with modified Ponticelli regimen in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy can effectively improve the symptoms of Yin deficiency and fire exuberance caused by hormones,and reduce the integral of TCM syndromes2.Ziyin Qingre Decoction combined with modified Ponticelli regimenhas a certain effect in reducing 24-hour urinary protein quantification,reducing serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy. |
