Selection And Literature Study Of Xiaofang In Qianjin Fang

Sun Simiao,a native of Jingzhaohua in the Tang Dynasty(Yaozhou District,Tongchuan City,Shaanxi Province today),was later honored as the "King of Medicine".He wrote "A Thousand Golden Wings Prescription for Emergency","A Thousand Golden Wings Prescription".The two books are collectively called "Thousand Golden Prescriptions".Qianjin Fang,a collection of more than 6500 medical prescriptions,is the earliest clinical encyclopedia in China.The collected prescriptions ranged from monotonous medicines to dozens of medicines,leaving abundant research data for future generations.Some prescriptions in "Qianjin Fang" do not follow the conventional medication and have peculiar compatibility,which is profound and difficult for future generations to understand.It is a pity that few people have expounded Qianjin Fang for thousands of years.The sword is trapped in the box and the pearls are covered with dust.This topic intends to start with simplicity,first easy,then difficult,hoping to provide some literature work for the elucidation of Qianjin Fang.In this paper,22 small prescriptions consisting of two kinds of medicines are selected from Qianjin Fang.From the aspects of prescription compatibility,ancient application,modern application and research,a deep discussion is carried out on the small prescription,hoping to provide a reference for further research on the compatibility law and clinical application of Qianjin Fang.
