| Objctive:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaixiang Liandan prescription in promoting the recovery of gastric polyps after APC operation under endoscope and lay the foundation for further forming special prescription to promote the recovery of gastric polyps after APC.Methods:78 patients with gastric polyps who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 39 cases in each group.Both two groups were treated by APC under gastroscope first.Then the experimental group was treated by Chaixiangliandan Prescription combined with Rabeprazole for 4 weeks,while the control group was only given Rabeprazole.We need to observe and record the improvement of symptoms,repair of wound and adverse events in each group after treatment.SPSS22.0 was used for the statistical analysis of recorded results.Results:1.Comparison of comprehensive effica: The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group after both 4 weeks and 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).It is suggested that the clinical effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.2.Comparisons of effects of wound repair under endoscopic : After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).It showed that the effect of the experimental group on wound repair was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.3.Improvement of symptom score:(1)Comparison before and after treatment:After treatment,all the symptoms of the experimental group were significantly alleviated,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms of stomachache,abdominal distension,belching and hiccup,acid reflux,tenderness,stickiness in the mouth and fecal diarrhea in the control group were significantly alleviated(P<0.05),but there were no significant relief in the other symptoms,including nausea and vomiting,lack of food,fatigue,chest distress and sigh and chest hypochondriasis(P>0.05).(2)Comparison among two groups:The effect of belching and hiccup,eating less,chest distress and sigh,chest swelling,fatigue and stickiness in the mouth in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in improving the following six symptoms,including stomachache,abdominal distension,acid reflux,nausea and vomiting,tenderness and fecal diarrhea(P>0.05).4.Comparison of side effects: The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(5.13%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(34.21%)with statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusions:Chaixiang Liandan Prescription is an effective prescription to promote the recovery of gastric polyps after APC,witch can quickly relieve the symptoms,promote the recovery of wound caused by APC,shorten the course of treatment and reduce significantly side effects.It’s safe and worthy of clinical use and further research. |
