With environmental pollution becoming more and more serious,people’s work pressure is gradually increasing,and people’s chances of suffering from cancer,cancer and other diseases are on the rise.Traditional cancer treatment mainly adopts surgical resection and chemotherapy,but chemotherapy is too much radiation to the human body;In vivo ultrasound treatment takes a long time and brings great pain to the human body.Therefore,it is very necessary to find an in vitro,highly effective,minimally invasive treatment method.The four kinds of ultrasonic transducers,drum-shaped,ring-shaped,spherical-ringed,and bipolar,studied in this paper,verify the high-efficiency of the bipolar ultrasonic transducer by comparing the acoustic characteristics of the ultrasonic transducer,and the ultrasonic simulation data and experimental data.Analyze and contrast,constantly optimize the model parameters and modify the model structure.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Analyze the current research status of transducers,propose four types of ultrasonic transducers: drum-shaped,ring-shaped,ring-shaped,bipolar,and establish two-dimensional and three-dimensional multiphysics simulation models,using suitable ultrasonic simulation parameters.Analyze the acoustic properties of the ultrasound focal region.2.The sound field calculation is performed on the transducers of different morphological structures,and the focusing effect of the transducers with different morphological structures is analyzed.In addition,the errors caused by the mechanical vibration of the ultrasonic transducer on the ultrasonic focusing are also considered,and the error analysis of the transducer is established.The model further optimizes the model parameters.3.Study the standing wave and travelling wave in the ultrasonic focusing process,analyze the effects of different ultrasonic frequencies,focusing time,transducer angle,focusing radius,and occlusion conditions on the ultrasonic focusing,and analyze the ultrasonic vibration error to optimize the ultrasonic simulation.Based on this model,the problem of ultrasonic heat accumulation was further studied.4.By analyzing and verifying the ultrasonic simulation data,continuously optimizing the transducer model and comparing it with the experimental simulation data,analyzing the accuracy of the bipolar ultrasonic transducer and providing reasonable suggestions for the ultrasonic treatment of the bipolar transducer.This topic implements the design,model establishment,parameter optimization,and verification of the focusing effect of the bipolar ultrasonic transducer.The results show that the bipolar ultrasonic transducer can reduce the average power on the ultrasonic path and reduce the treatment risk.Reduce the size of the central focal region,improve the focusing accuracy,improve the focusing efficiency,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of bipolar ultrasound transducers.
