The Antiplatelet Efficacy Of Indobufen In SCAD Patients

Purpose:We performed this study to oobserve the antiplatelet efficacy of Aspirin and Indobufen in SCAD patients.Methods:We selected 60 patients with SCAD.Then we divided into single antiplatelet therapy group and double antiplatelet therapy group.Single antiplatelet therapy group:A（100mg aspirin QD for 7days）、I（100mg indobufen BID for 7 days）;dual antiplatelet therapy group A（100mg QD for 7days）and C（75mg clopidogrel QD for 7 days）、I（100mg Indobufen BID for 7days）and C（75mg clopidogrel QD for 7 days）.The platelet inhibition levels of the four groups before drugs and after 7 days were compared.Thrombus atlas and PL-12 Platelet occupation assessment were used to assess platelet occupation.Venous blood models were taken at pre-treatment,and the seventh day after taking medications.The detection indexes were as follows:Maximum aggregation rate of arachidonic acid(MAR_（AA）),Maximum aggregation rate of Adenosine diphosphate(MAR_（ADP）),AA inhibition、ADP inhibition.Results:1.The results of A and I groups、A+C and I+C groups AA inhibition、MAR_（AA）were similar before treatment.The results of A+C group、A+I groups ADP inhibition、MAR_（ADP）were similar before treatment.2.After 7 days medication,the results of A and Igroups、A+C and I+Cgroups AA inhibition、MAR_（AA）were similar;the results of A+C group、I+C group ADP inhibition、MAR_（ADP）were similar.There were no side effects in I、I+C、A+C groups.A group had a fundus hemorrhage patient.Conclusions:In SCAD patient,the antiplatelet efficacy and safety of indobufen was similar to that of aspirin.
