Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of hysteroscopic endometrial resection combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system in the treatment of early endometrial cancer patients with severe medical complications.Methods: From August 2014 to April 2018,four patients with early endometrial cancer with severe medical complications who were admitted to the second department of gynecology,east hospital of the second hospital of hebei medical university were included in this study.All patients received gynecological ultrasound,pelvic abdominal MRI or pelvic abdominal CT before surgery,with the exceptions of myometrial invasion,accessory involvement and distant metastasis.hysteroscopic endometrial resection combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system was used for conservative treatment.Results: Complete remission was shown in 3 of 4 patients,and one patient was lost to follow-up.The other three patients were followed up and had complete remission,in 1 patient at 3 months,in 1 patient at 7 months,and in 1 patien of mixed endometrial cancer at 9 months.long-term follow-up process,the condition is stable and no postoperative vaginal bleeding occurred.Conclusion: The conservative treatment of hysteroscopic endometrial resection combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system is a good choice for patients with severe medical complications,and more long-term follow-up and more case accumulation will be more convincing. |
