| Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Qingfeng Kang drink for male patients with primary gout and hyperuricemia.Method:A total of 80 male patients with primary gout and hyperuricemia were randomly selected in the gout clinic of Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital from February 2017 to May 2017,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.There was no significant difference in age,weight,BMI,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,composition ratio of chronic diseases andblood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,urea nitrogen,creatinine before treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).Both groups adopted the same healthy education,including diet education and lifestyle education.Experimental group was treated with benzodiazepine combined with Qingfeng Kang drink,while the control group was treated with benzodiazepine combined with placebo.Patients in both groups were routinely given baking soda three times a day and two pills at a time.Regular follow-up was performed and the serum uric acid level at second,fourth,eighth and twelfth weeks after medication between the two groups were compared,and the attack rate of acute gouty arthritis and the safety index between the two groups were observed and compared.All the clinical data collected in this study were analyzed and processed by SPSS 20.0 system software.All measurement data such as serum uric acid value were in normal distribution,expressed in the form of mean plus or minus the standard deviation(`x±S),and the independent sample t test was carried out.The count data such as the frequency of gout attack was expressed in the form of percentage,and the count data was tested by chi-square test,and P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum uric acid level between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).In 2 weeks,4 weeks,8weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the blood uric acid level of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,and there was significantly statistical differences between two groups(P<0.05).In 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the blood uric acid level of patients in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).After 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the difference in serum uric acid level after the experiment compared with that before theexperiment in the experimental group were higher significantly than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the percentage of blood uric acid value < 357μmol/L in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the number of gout episodes in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred during the trial period in both the experimental group and the control group,and there were no early withdrawal cases for safety or tolerance reasons in both groups.There was no significant difference in blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,urea nitrogen and creatinine levels between the two groups at 12 week after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Adjuvant intervention of Qingfeng Kang drink can improve uric acid level in male patients with primary gout and hyperuricemia,and significantly reduce the number of acute gout attacks in male patients with primary gout and hyperuricemia.(2)Qingfeng Kang drink has high safety for male patients with primary gout combined and hyperuricemia. |
