Objective : To inquire the expression of HIF-1α 、 GLUT-1 and MMP-2 and their relationship with the biological behavior in lichen planus.Method: Immunohistochemistry was used to exploring the expression and distribution of HIF-1α,GLUT-1 and MMP-2 in the epidermis of 45 patients suffering lichen planus.35 healthy skin tissues were compared to the normal.Result:1.HIF-1 the positive expression of main performance for the nuclear membrane and part of the epidermis cell nucleus cytoplasm tan granule of precipitation, the positive expression of GLUT-1 main show is cuticular spines layer and base layer membrane tan particles is positive,MMP-2 dyeing results mainly for epidermal basal layer cells of tan particles precipitate.2.The expression rate of hif-1 in lichen planus tissues and normal skin tissues was 86.6% and 13.4%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant.3.The expression rates of glut-1 in lichen planus tissues and normal skin tissues were 88.9% and 11.1% respectively, and the differences were statistically significant4.The expression rates of mmp-2 in lichen planus tissues and normal skin tissues were 85.7% and 14.3% respectively, with statistically significant differences5.The correlation between hif-1 and glut-1: there was a positive correlation between hif-1 and glut-1 expression in the lesions of LP in the experimental group(r=0.98,p < 0.05).6.The correlation between glut-1 and mmp-2: there was a positive correlation between glut-1 and mmp-2 expression in the lesions of LP in the experimental group(r=0.99,p < 0.05).7.Correlation between hif-1 and mmp-2: there was a positive correlation between hif-1 and mmp-2 expression in LP lesions in the experimental group(r=0.99,p < 0.05).Conclusion: HIF-1α、 GLUT-1 and MMP-2 are all overexpressed and positively correlated in LP.HIF-1αcan be involved in the occurrence in lichen planus, indicating that in the immune inflammation of lichen planus HIF-1α can be involved in the occurrence and development of diseases by regulating the downstream target genes GLUT-1 and MMP-2.
