Cardiac diseases have been one of the major diseases that can threaten human health and life safety.Today,the prevention and diagnosis of cardiac disease has become the top issue in the medical profession.Analysis of ECG signal is an important means of clinical diagnosis of cardiac diseases.Therefore,the research of automatic diagnosis system of arrhythmia gets far-reaching influence.The key of automatic diagnosis on arrhythmia are parameter extraction and the waveform detection,which accuracy and reliability will determine the diagnosis and curative effect of cardiac disease,and even save the lives of patients.The system of automatic diagnosis on arrhythmia is an automatic identification technology based on computer processing.The process of automatic identification is that preprocessing the signal first,and then detecting waveform and locating feature points.According to the detective points,we extract the parameters which are on behalf of the signal characteristic.We put characteristic parameters and classification algorithm contrast,identifying the type of arrhythmia.The automatic diagnosis of arrhythmia is done in three major areas:1.The technology of signal pretreatment,which is effectively filtered out the noise in the process of signal acquisition.The method of wavelet transform combined with the improved threshold method is used to eliminate the noise.2.The detection of ECG signal,which is an important part of the whole procession of automatic diagnosis.The position of R wave in the ECG signal is detected by means of the modulus maximum of wavelet transform.Based on this,detecting the starting and ending point of the QRS wave group,P wave,T wave,the starting and ending point of the P wave,and the starting and ending point of the T wave based on R wave.3.On the base of the feature point,getting the period of the RR and the QRS width by extracting ECG characteristic parameters.Then Depending on the decision algorithm determine the type of arrhythmia.The automatic diagnosis of arrhythmia can effectively assist doctors to detect abnormal ECG waveform,the characteristic parameters of calculation and simple arrhythmia diagnosis work.The automatic diagnosis of arrhythmia improves the working efficiency and medical quality of doctors,so that patients can get timely and accurate diagnosis,which has important theoretical significance and practical value.
