Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Psychological Service Work In“Sunshine Hospital”

Objective:On the basis of comprehensive literature review and Delphi expert consultation,try to construct a scientific quantitative evaluation system of psychological service evaluation of Sunshine Hospital.To evaluate the service quality of the psychological service work of Sunshine Hospital,and provide reference for the in-depth development of psychological service work.At the same time,it provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of a unified evaluation index system for psychological services of Sunshine Hospital in China.Methods:Using the literature method,review the relevant theories of quality evaluation and relevant evaluation indicators of psychological services,and comprehensive the relevant national policy documents and the research status of psychological services of Sunshine Hospital.Design evaluation index item pool,organize expert meetings,invite experts to extract,modify and supplement indicators,and formulate the first draft of the indicator system.Using the Delphi expert consultation method,the indicators of the first part of the index system are evaluated by the Likert 5 scale method from the perspective of importance.The boundary value method and expert group discussion are used to modify,add and delete the indicators,and finally determine the evaluation indicators and their weights.Finally,the evaluation index system of psychological service work of Sunshine Hospital was formed.Results:In this study,a total of 38 experts participated in the Delphi expert consultation,and the experts have a high degree of reliability and good representation.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 100% and 94.74%;The degree of expert authority of the first round of first-level indicators was 0.77,0.80,and 0.80,respectively,and the degree of expert authority of the second-level first-level indicators were 0.79,0.82,and 0.81,respectively;The chi-square test of the coordination coefficient was statistically significant.And the coordination coefficient of the second round is higher than the first round.After the first round of expert consultation,six indicators were revised,seven indicators were deleted,and 17 evaluation criteria were improved.The indicators were not deleted after the second round of expert consultation.After two rounds of expert consultation,the evaluation index system of psychological service work of Sunshine Hospital was finally formed.There were 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicators.Conclusion:In this study,the Delphi expert consultation method was used to construct the evaluation index system of the psychological service work of the Sunshine Hospital,and the weights of each index were determined.At the same time,the evaluation criteria were formulated for the third-level indicators.The evaluation index system of the psychological service work of the Sunshine Hospital established by this method has certain scientific nature,and the research experts have great reliability and the research results are desirable;the evaluation criteria are relatively clear and the description is relatively accurate,and most of the indicator data can be quantified,and It has high operability and availability.
