Objective:(1)To investigate whether homocysteine level is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease(2)To investigate the relationship between homocysteine(Hcy)level and the degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients with h-type hypertension. Methods:From January 2016 to March 2018,946 patients who were intended to be diagnosed with coronary heart disease and underwent coronary angiography in department of cardiology, first hospital of shanxi medical university were collected.(1)according to whether patients with coronary heart disease were divided into coronary heart disease group(n=660)and non-coronary heart disease group(n=286),CHD related risk factors analysis;(2)according to whether suffering from high blood pressure and high homocysteine levels, patients can be divided into four groups, namely H hypertension group(n = 427),the pure hypertension group(n = 227),the pure high homocysteine group(n = 96)and the control group(n = 196),each group of age, gender,BMI,smoking, blood glucose, blood lipid levels and diabetes, hyperlipidemia prevalence no statistical difference(P > 0.05).According to the results of coronary angiography, the Gensini integral was calculated to evaluate the degree of coronary artery stenosis.Gensini integral of each group was compared, and the correlation between Hcy level and Gensini integral of the h-type hypertension group was analyzed.Results:(1)There were statistically significant differences between the CHD group and the non-chd group in gender, smoking, diabetes, and the proportion of hyperlipidemia(P<0.05).Compared with the non-chd group,Hcy in the CHD group was significantly higher than that in the non-chd group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Gender,age,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and Hcy are independent risk factors for poor prognosis of CHD(3)The Gensini integral of the h-type hypertension group, the simple hypertension group and the simple homocysteine group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)The Gensini integral of the h-type hypertension group was significantly higher than that of the simple hypertension group and the simple homocysteine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the Gensini integral between the hypertensive group and the homocysteine group(P > 0.05).(5)In the H type hypertension group, there was a significant positive correlation between Hcy level and Gensini integral(rs>0,P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum homocysteine level is closely related to the incidence of coronary heart disease;Hypertension and hyper-homocysteine have a synergistic effect in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease; The degree of coronary artery stenosis of Hcy level in patients with h-type hypertension is closely related.
