A Study On The Applicability With Female Reproductive System Diseases And Dysfunction In A Grade ? Hospital Of Lvliang City By Using The Method Of BJ-DRGs

Objective:To explore the applicability of BJ-DRGs to female reproductive system diseases and dysfunction in a Grade III hospital of Lvliang City,reference for government departments to formulate payment standards for medical insurance and to provide reference for hospital management by using this model.Methods:DRGs grouping method was used to group the related cases extracted from hospital information system.The standard cost composition ratio,CV,RIV and ROC curve were used to evaluate the results of the group.The statistical software SPSS24.0 was used to describe the residential area,the age,the length of stay in hospital,hospitalization cost and so on.The statistical method was used rank sum test and SNK test,and the inspection level? = 0.05.Results:The standard cost after DRGs was 97.36%,the RIV value was 88.74%,the hospitalization cost and the coefficient of variation of the hospitalization days were 92.85%and 85.71% of the whole CV<0.8 groups,respectively.The median value of the hospitalization cost was 18392.90 yuan,it was NA19,and the median value of the length of stay in hospital was 17.00 days,and it was NR15,there were statistically significant differences in hospitalization cost and the length of stay between different ages,treatment methods,severity of hospitalization.There was statistically significant differences in thelength of stay between different residential area.Conclusion:1.The applicability of BJ-DRGs to the cases of female reproductive system diseases and dysfunction in a Grade III hospital of Lvliang City was preliminarily verified.2.Based on the statistical analysis of the categorical variables,the hospitalization expenses and the length of stay of female reproductive system diseases and dysfunction in in a Grade III were obtained,the use of DRGs for the formulation of government medical insurance policy and the detailed management of hospital to provide a theoretical basis for the study.3.In the promotion of DRGs,LvLiang City should pay attention to the promotion of the quality of information on the first page of medical records and the construction of hospital information.
