Research purposes:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of hypnotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on lung rehabilitation in patients with COPD in stable stage,to observe the improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment, and to evaluate the effectiveness of hypnotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of patients with stable COPD.In order to explore a self-management method to promote lung recovery and quality of life in patients with COPD.Methods: according to the method of random control, according to the order of treatment, according to the principle of inclusion and exclusion,60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into control group,30 patients in treatment group and 30 patients in treatment group. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine(tonifying Qi and warming Yang,Huoxue Huayu recipe),and the treatment group was treated with hypnotherapy on the basis of the control group. After 12 weeks of treatment, symptom score,BODE index, depression and anxiety status,CAT score, and improvement of compliance of lung rehabilitation exercise were observed in the two groups.Results:(1)the total clinical effective rate was 82.7% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment, the total score of symptoms in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the totalscore in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05).After treatment, the symptoms of wheezing, shortness of breath, cough and expectoration of COPD patients in the treatment group were improved compared with those before treatment. In the control group, the symptoms of wheezing, short breath, cough and expectoration were also improved in the control group compared with those before treatment(P < 0 05).The symptoms of wheezing, shortness of breath, cough and expectoration in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0 05).After treatment, the total score of BODE index and FEV1%,m MRC,6MWD score of COPD patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0 05),and the total scores of BODE index and FEV1%,m MRC,6MWD in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0 05).After treatment, the scores of SDS/ SAS in the two groups of COPD patients were lower(P <0.05),and the scores of SDS and SAS in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).After treatment, the pulmonary rehabilitation compliance score and CAT score in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0 05).Conclusion: the addition of hypnotic therapy to lung rehabilitation therapy can enhance the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage. It can increase the compliance of lung rehabilitation therapy, improve the symptoms of dyspnea, enhance the patient’s activity endurance, reduce the anxiety and depression of the patients, and improve the quality of life.
