Study On The Differentiation And Classification Of Jue Yin Exterior Syndromes

Purpose:Through collecting the contents of some ancient and modern classics,such as "Jueyin Sutra","Table of Syncope" and "Table of Jueyin",this paper systematically combs and sums up the relevant data of Jueyin Syndrome in order to find the direct cause of "wind,cold,heat,dampness,dryness,etc." "Fire" for the classification of the programme,sorting out the pathogenesis of each syndrome,the main clinical manifestations,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles,related differentiation of the syndrome and the choice of drugs and decoction to make a clear and concise definition,and so on.In order to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment,a frame of syndrome and treatment on Jueyin surface syndrome was preliminarily obtained in order to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:(1)to collect part of the ancient and modern medical familyundefineds discussion on "the syndrome of Jueyin",Some ancient and modern classical documents,such as "Jueyin Classic","evidence" and "Jueyin Table",were searched and selected for the first round of literature contents in the synchondria of the Golden Chamber and some other classical documents in the Yellow Emperorundefineds Internal Canon,"differentiation of febrile Disease strips," and some other ancient and modern classical documents.(2)to sum up and sort out the content of the preliminary screening,and analyze the corresponding direct cause of disease,so as to carry on the corresponding classification.(3)according to the basis of differentiation of symptoms and signs,the direct cause,the key pathogenesis and the main position of the disease were further analyzed,and the pathogeny,the position of the disease and so on were carefully distinguished,and the relevant contents were screened again,and the semen was removed.(4)to analyze and sort out the onset,main clinical manifestation,etiology,pathogenesis,differentiation of related syndrome,rule of treatment,choice of prescription,prognosis,outcome and nursing of each syndrome of Juyin Meridian syndrome,and so on,so as to sort out the cause and pathogenesis,prognosis,outcome and nursing,and so on.According to the thoughts and results obtained in the literature,it is tested in clinical practice and appended with relevant typical cases after each syndrome type.Result:Through the collection and collation of a certain amount of ancient and modern classical literature,with the help of databases such as the Chinese Medical Code and the China HowNet,tens of thousands of information cards and hundreds of related academic papers were consulted and sorted out.Finally,the related contents of Jueyin syndrome were screened out.After careful analysis,identification,collation and induction,it has been preliminarily concluded that each of the six prostitutions violates the Jueyin meridian.The treatment framework of Jueyin superficial syndrome is as follows:(1)Guizhi Decoction plus Chaihu Zhishi(Professor Du Yumao)and Qianghuo Fangfeng Decoction(Qianhuo Fangfeng Decoction)were selected for the syndromes of Jueyin’s exterior wind.(2)Choose Danggui Sini Decoction(Treatise on Febrile Diseases)and Fengxiang Pill(Rhino Candle),which are the source of miscellaneous diseases.(3)Huangqin Tang Shengji General Record,Tianshuisan Syndrome and Treatment Criteria,Qingre Sanjie Tang and Renewed Medical Cases were selected for Jueyin superficial heat syndrome.(4)Choose Longdan Xiegan Decoction plus Artemisia annua,Kuding tea,Honeysuckle Taiping Huimin Harmony Prescription,Qinggong Decoction to remove lotus heart,Ophiopogon japonicus and Honeysuckle red bean skin Prescription to differentiate febrile diseases;(5)Choose Hanmu Yangrong Decoction for the syndrome of Jueyin superficial dryness and Nutrition Dryness and Nutrition Ying Decoction for the Collection of Medical Prescriptions.(6)Choose Longdan Decoction for Preparing Emergency Qianjin Yaofang and Longdan Xiegan Decoction for External Fire Syndrome of Jueyin,Taiping Huimin Heji Bureau Prescription.Conclusion:(1)the related theoretical research and clinical practice have proved the existence of the syndrome of Jueyin.(2)each of them may invade the surface of Jueyin and form their own evidence,their pathological changes,and the main points of differentiation and treatment.
