| Research purposeThis study uses functional movement screen(Functional Movement Screen,FMS)to evaluate the coordination and stability of the sanda amateurs,mainly through the FMS test,can effectively learn basic subjects of college sanda amateurs’ movements,body control,present situation of sport ability of body flexibility and stability etc.Aiming to explore effective methods and means to improve the sanda amateurs’ sports ability and reduce the risk of sports injury,so as to provide some references for its sport plan in the future.SubjectsIn this study,80 people(40 males and 40 females)from HongWu sanda club of dalian university of technology were randomly selected as subjects.The FMS test was carried out on the students’ exercise patterns to analyze the causes of body symmetry,body weak chain and limitations in the process of exercise,and carried out physical function intervention training.MethodsLiterature,interview,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods were used to carry out the research work in this experiment.Results(1)All the subjects are injured mainly at the knee joint,hip joint and ankle joint.The knee joint injury rate is 11% for male and female;the injury rate of male hip joint is 11%,but that of female is 5%;the injury rate of male ankle is 8%,but that of female is 7%.(2)The total score of the FMS test is 21,but the average score of the 80 subjects is 14.69.The overall performance of basic motor ability is medium.There is no significant difference in the overall FMS score between male and female subjects(P > 0.05),but male subjects have the better core strength than female subjects.The female show the better shoulder and hip flexibility than the male.(3)After 12 weeks of intervention training,there is no significant difference in the scores of shoulder mobility,active straight-leg raise,and trunk stability pushupt between male and female subjects in the intervention group(P>0.05).There is a significant difference in the shoulder mobility and trunk stability pushup of the male and female subjects(P<0.05).(4)After 12 weeks intervention training,the average total FMS score of the subjects in the intervention group is 16.90±1.87,and the average total FMS score of the subjects in the control group is 15.50±2.29,with significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).The number of patients with pain,acute injury and evaluation level of techniques and tactics in the intervention group are better than those in the control group.Physical function training can improve the FMS score of sanda amateurs,basic sports performance and reduce the risk of sports injury.ConclusionFMS test is an effective tool to screen the weak links and limitations of the body of sanda sports enthusiasts,and it is an important reference basis on making physical function training plans.The introduction of physical function training has effectively reduced the risk of potential sports injury,and promoted the performance of physical exercise,meanwhile,it has a good effect on the prevention of sports injury. |
