Discussion Of Medical Quality Administrative Governance

Medical quality is the core content of medical service,is the fundamental guarantee of medical safety.One of the government’s administrative functions is to improve the medical service system to meet the requirement of citizens getting qualified medical service equally,timely and continuously.Effective administration is the key to achieving this goal.Chinese medical administration system has been developed into a reasonable broad scale.However,the quality medical,management ability,governance efficiency is to be improved.Here we explored the obstacles of present medical administration,and proposed solutions from four parts.Part Ⅰ: Analysis of the substance of the quality of care,medical needs with professional quality administrative governance.Quality of medical care is a comprehensive evaluation of patients receiving medical care,the core connotation of quality of care,quality of administrative governance requires a wide range of common medical treatment,we need to continue to govern the entire process.Part Ⅱ: Status of Medical Quality describes China’s current administrative governance,combined with the experience of defects are regulators and regulatory effects,analyze the quality of medical administrative governance system.Part Ⅲ: the British National Health Service(NHS)public nature,from bureaucratic management to the development process of the comprehensive management of society,and our health care system is similar.By comparing the two administrative governance system,learn from foreign advanced management experience.Part Ⅳ: Understanding around "medical quality management approach",put forward a sound idea of medical quality management system.
