objective: This study mainly uses diffusion tensor magnetic resonance imaging(DTI)to establish a brain structure network for Subjective Cognitive Decline(SCD)patients,normal control group and Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI)patients.The graph theory method was used to analyze each group and compare the differences in network characteristics of each group,so as to explore the changing characteristics of SCD as a brain network structure in the preclinical stage of AD.Methods: Collected the SCD group of 30 cases,MCI group 20 cases,30 cases of normal control group.Both routine magnetic resonance and diffusion tensor magnetic resonance imaging were performed,and neuropsychology and cognitive function assessment were completed.The white matter fiber was used to construct the network of the white matter fibers of the brain.The global and local attributes of brain networks were evaluated and compared by Topology.Results: The scores of cognitive domains such as memory,attention and executive function in the SCD group were lower than those in the normal group,and between the normal group and the MCI group.There was no statistically significant differences between the MCI group,the SCD group and the normal control group in terms of small world attributes and global network attributes.Three groups of subjects compared node attribute parameters between each of the two groups in different brain regions have significant statistical significance.Conclusion: Patients with SCD had cognitive decline in memory,attention and executive function,which was between the normal group and the MCI group;There was no significant change in the global network attribute and small world attribute of the SCD group,Compared with the normal group,node attributes of the group and the MCI group were significantly abnormal,suggesting that the brain network of SCD and MCI patientshad local changes,and the MCI group was more serious.
