Objective: To investigate the expression of mi R-5188 in hepatocarcinoma and its relationship with important clinicopathology. To explore the relationship between the expression of mi R-5188 and the prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: This study randomly collected 50 pairs of liver cancer and adjacent tissues from the hepatobiliary surgery of first affiliated Hospital of Hunan Normal University from January 1,2015 to December 1,2016.All patients were followed up until December 1,2018,and all patients did not receive it.Radiotherapy, chemotherapy or biotherapy before surgery. All specimens were confirmed to be liver cancer by pathology, and the adjacent tissues were derived from non-invasive tissues 3 cm away from the margin of the tumor. The expression of mi R-5188 and FOXO1 in hepatocarcinoma and paracancerous tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of mi R-5188 in hepatocarcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathology were analyzed. The survival time of the patients was followed up.The log-rank method was used to analyze the single factor survival to determine whether mi R-5188 could be an independent prognostic factor for liver cancer patients, and validated by multi-factor Cox regression analysis model.Results:1.The immunohistochemical results of 50 cases of liver cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues showed that mi R-5188 was highly expressed.By comparing the high expression of mi R-5188 in cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues,we investigated the differential expression of mi R-5188 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. We found that mi R-5188 is highly expressed in cancer tissues. The rate was 48.0%(24/50),and the high expression rate of mi R-5188 in the corresponding adjacent tissues was only 24.00%(14/50),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.To assess the expression of mi R-5188 between different groups according to gender, age, clinical stage,T stage,N stage, distant metastasis, recurrence,HBs Ag,vascular invasion, cirrhosis,AFP,TB,ALT,GGT clinical parameters.Differences, the results showed that the high expression of mi R-5188 was associated with clinical stage,T stage, recurrence and hepatitis B virus replication in liver cancer patients(P<0.05),and gender, age,N stage, distant metastasis, vascular invasion, liver There was no significant correlation between sclerosis,AFP,TB,ALT and GGT(P>0.05).3.Three of the 50 patients in this study were still alive, with censored data and a censored rate of 6%.Log-rank univariate analysis showed that high expression, clinical stage,T stage, distant metastasis, recurrence and vascular invasion of mi R-5188 were closely related to the survival time of patients with liver cancer(P<0.05).Cox regression multivariate analysis showed that the high expression, clinical stage, distant metastasis and vascular invasion of mi R-5188 in hepatocellular carcinoma patients were independent prognostic factors for liver cancer patients. The high expression of mi R-5188 was used to evaluate the prognosis of patients with liver cancer. The prognosis of patients with high expression of mi R-5188 was lower than that of patients with low expression of mi R-5188(P<0.05).The prognosis of patients with liver cancer with late stage, distant metastasis and vascular invasion was earlier than that of stage,no distant metastasis and The prognosis of patients with vascular invasion was poor(P<0.05).Conclusion: The high expression of mi R-5188 in hepatocellular carcinoma is higher than that in adjacent tissues. The expression of mi R-5188 is related to clinical stage,T stage, recurrence and hepatitis B virus replication.High expression and clinical stage of mi R-5188 And distant metastasis and vascular invasion are independent prognostic factors for liver cancer patients. The high expression of mi R-5188 has an appreciative effect on the prognosis of patients with liver cancer. The prognosis of patients with high expression of mi R-5188 is lower than that of patients with low expression of mi R-5188.Poor;the worse the prognosis of liver cancer patients with late clinical stage, distant metastasis and vascular infiltration;the abnormal expression of mi R-5188 suggests that it can be involved in the development and progression of liver cancer, and is expected to become a new target for clinical diagnosis and treatment of future liver cancer patients..Some of its molecular mechanisms may be related to the regulation of the target gene FOXO1,or it may be related to the synergy of other coordination genes, but the specific mechanism of action remains to be further studied.
