Objective:1.To understand the current status of post-traumatic growth in patients with ovarian cancer;2.To explore the influencing factors of post-traumatic growth in patients with ovarian cancer;3.To analyze the relationship between disease perception, coping style,self-efficacy,social support and general demographic factors and post-traumatic growth in ovarian cancer patients, and to provide effective reference for ovarian cancer patients to improve the post-traumatic growth of ovarian cancer patients.method:A random sampling method was used to select 200 patients with ovarian cancer who were hospitalized in 2 grade A general hospitals and 1 grade3 general hospital in Changsha City,Hunan Province from May to December 2018.Object.Questionnaires were surveyed using self-designed general demographic data and clinical related data questionnaires,post-traumatic growth scales, simple disease perception questionnaire scales, comprehension social support scales, general self-efficacy scales, and medical coping style questionnaires..Relevant statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0:including analysis of variance, descriptive statistics, and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.Results:1.The post-traumatic growth score of ovarian cancer patients was(58.56±8.329)points.The scores from high to low in each dimension were:relationship with others(20.88±3.174),new possibility(12.71±2.774),personal strength(11.68±2.173),appreciation of life(9.78±1.835),mental change(3.37±1.657).2.Occupation,marital status, place of residence, education level, religious belief, work status, family monthly income, medical expenses, course of disease, pathological diagnosis, clinical stage, and whether there is a difference in post-traumatic growth scores of ovarian cancer patients with chronic diseases Significance(P<0.05).3.The total score of the disease perception scale was 47.98±6.879.Among the 8 items in the scale, the scores of disease, understanding, concern and emotion were higher,6.79±1.780,6.45±1.176,6.30±.2.312,6.04±1.969.Personal control and impact were low,5.70±1.575,4.97±2.318.In addition, most of the three main reasons for ovarian cancer patients to think that they are sick are environmental pollution, negative emotions and lifestyle habits.4.In this study, the family support(24.99±2.246)of ovarian cancer patients was high, and the external support(47.92±5.546)was high. The general self-efficacy of ovarian cancer patients was(25.92±5.192).74.5%(149 cases)of ovarian cancer patients were at a moderate level, and 14.0%(28 cases)of ovarian cancer patients were at a high level. In the coping style, ovarian cancer patients had the highest dimension score(21.58±4.497)and the lowest yield dimension score(9.55±2.290).5.Correlation analysis showed that the disease perception of ovarian cancer patients was negatively correlated with PTG;the overall level of perceived social support, family internal and external support was positively correlated with other dimensions except the dimension of mental change, which was statistically significant(P<0.01);The patient’s self-efficacy was positively correlated with the total score of PTG and other dimensions;the yield dimension score in coping style was negatively correlated with the total score of PTG and the scores of each dimension;face, avoidance dimension score, total score of PTG and each Dimensional scores are positively correlated.6.Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the post-traumatic growth(Y)of ovarian cancer patients were:yield(X13-2),combined with chronic disease(X10),face(X14-1),marital status.(X3),comprehending social support(X13),the established stepwise regression equation is:Y=13.852+0.5369X13-2+0.160 X14-1.243X10-0.177X14-1-0.814X3,where F=6.616,P=0.011,indicating that the fitted equation is statistically significant, and the coefficient of determination R2=0.790,indicating that post-traumatic growth(dependent variable)can be accounted for 79.0%by independent variables.Conclusions:1.The post-traumatic growth level of patients with ovarian cancer is at a moderate level.2.The yield dimension, face dimension, comprehension of social support, combined chronic disease and marital status in coping style are the main influencing factors of post-traumatic growth of ovarian cancer patients.3.Occupation,place of residence, course of disease, education level, religious belief, marital status, working status, family monthly income, medical expenses, pathological diagnosis, clinical stage, and whether chronic diseases are the influencing factors of post-traumatic growth of ovarian cancer patients.4.The lower the yield dimension score in the disease perception and coping style of ovarian cancer patients, the higher the total score of PTG;the higher the score of face and avoidance dimension in the overall level of social support,self-efficacy and coping style, the higher the total score of PTG.
