Study On The Evaluation Of The Implementation Effect Of The Maternal And Infant Safety Project In D County

Since China's medical reform,the work of maternal and child health has made great progress,but there are also a series of problems.Taking the maternal and infant safety project of Shandong D County as an example,this paper evaluates the implementation effect of the project,and puts forward improvement strategies for the weak links of the project.Summarize the experience of maternal and infant safety project to promote the development of maternal and infant safety project and expand the rural maternal and child health reform and development space.According to the principle of establishing the evaluation index system of the implementation effect of the maternal and infant safety project in County hospitals,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the implementation effect and designs the questionnaire according to the index system.This paper collects data from two aspects of maternal and infant health service capacity and mass satisfaction through questionnaire survey.SPSS software is used to analyze the results of the survey.Analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the implementation effect of maternal and infant safety project in Shandong D County.Finally,according to the analysis results,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to improve the implementation effect of maternal and infant safety project in D County.The survey results show that after the implementation of the project,maternal safety and infant safety in D County have been guaranteed,and the satisfaction level of the masses to the project is also high,and good implementation results have been achieved.However,there are still some problems,such as poor equipment conditions and low medical technology level.In view of these problems,this paper analyses the reference and promotion of maternal and infant safety engineering,and puts forward suggestions for further development of maternal and infant safety engineering in D County from the perspectives of further optimizing resource allocation,paying attention to long-term development and improving management.Figure 3;Table 42;Reference 72.
