With the aging of the domestic population,the incidence of falls in the elderly is becoming more and more frequent.The national key research and development projects will be based on the anti-fall of the elderly,and build a fall warning protection system of intelligent devices that can be connected to the cloud.In recent years,more and more IoT devices have gradually entered our lives.In the elderly fall warning and protection system,the life information of the elderly is collected through the IoT devices that can access the network,and the elderly could be quickly processed through the cloud intelligent processing.Because the data collected by the access device has strong privacy,and the access device as the system data collection interface is easy to cause data leakage,access control of the access device needs to be highly valued.In this thesis,research on equipment access control technology is carried out.Combined with blockchain technology,a secure medical network access control system based on the private chain of Ethereum is designed and implemented.The specific research work is as follows:1.Based on the private chain of Ethereum,a distributed access control system is designed.The system can complete the functions of device registration,login,information upload and authority control.After the device is registered,the device information is stored in the Ethereum private chain through the consensus verification of the device node,and the login key from the system is received as the unique certificate for the device login.2.In terms of the authority control of the system,with reference to the traditional permission control scheme,a resource access control scheme based on ”nameSpace + level + permission” is designed to ensure the security of data access.3.This paper builds an access control system with 4 nodes and tests the system access control requirements.The data storage time can be maintained on the order of 30 ms.At the same time,as a comparative experiment,this thesis designs the experiment of traditional centralized control system and the experiment of multi-node distributed control system.It is tested by database attack experiment and DDoS attack experiment.The experimental results show that the design of this paper is based on the private use of Ethereum.The chain’s medical security network access control system has stronger data security and system stability.
