| Objective:The thesis aims to seek the knowledge of the status quo of discharge readiness of stroke patients, analyze the possible influencing factors and discuss the relationship between the discharge readiness of stroke patients and discharge guidance quality and social support by investigating the status of discharge readiness of stroke patients in a third-class hospital in Xinjiang to lay roots for the establishment of targeted intervention measures in clinical practice.Methods:1.A total of 372 stroke patients in a certain Grade 3A hospital in Xinjiang were investigated with discharge preparation scale, discharge guidance quality scale and social support scale.2.After the questionnaire was numbered,Epidata 3.1 was used to input the data, and SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the data.Frequency, composition ratio, mean and standard deviation were used for descriptive statistical analysis.T-test,variance analysis and non-parametric rank sum test were used for single factor analysis.Pearson correlation analysis was used to describe the relationship between the two tables.Univariate analysis and correlation analysis of statistically significant variables were included in the equation and multivariate stepwise regression analysis was performed.Results:1.The total score of discharge preparation was(91.63 ± 11.53),the quality of discharge guidance was(138.65 ±14.80),and the score of social support was(37.70 ±5.97).2.Univariate analysis of sociological and disease-related data showed that: education level, work status, type of health insurance, monthly family income, distance between home and hospital, department, main caregiver, hemiplegic limbs, length of stay in hospital,self-care ability and disability have statistical meaning to the differences in the scores of discharge readiness(p < 0.05).3.There was a positive correlation between the discharge readiness and the quality of discharge guidance(P < 0.001)and social support(r = 0.338,P < 0.001).4.Multiple regression analysis showed that a total of 9 factors(family monthly income,department,self-care ability, degree of disability, objective support, subjective support, support utilization, acquired content, guidance skills and results)entered the regression equation, which could explain 76.2% of the total variation of discharge readiness of stroke patients.Conclusion:1.The discharge readiness of stroke patients is at a moderate level and needs to be further improved.2.The degree of discharge readiness is positively correlated with the quality of discharge guidance and social support.3.Family monthly income,department,self-care ability, degree of disability, objective support, subjective support, support utilization, acquired content, guidance skills and results are the main factors influencing the discharge readiness of stroke patients. |
